If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\nWe are currently seeking a SAS Development Engineer to join our team in Monterrey, Nuevo León (MX-NLE), Mexico (MX).\nDay to Day Job Duties\nDesign, develop, test, and enhance applications on the SAS Viya Cloud Platform.\nDevelop, maintain, and support advanced SAS programs and automated ETL processes.\nBuild and support integrations between vendor APIs, enterprise databases, and reporting platforms using SAS and Python.\nSupport production analytics capabilities, reporting solutions, and data pipelines.\nParticipate in application design discussions, release planning, and implementation activities.\nTroubleshoot production incidents, performance issues, and provide root cause analysis.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, support guides, and implementation artifacts.\nPerform code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and technology partners to deliver scalable analytics solutions.\nBasic Qualifications\nMinimum 7+ years of experience in SAS development, analytics, data engineering, or related fields.\nMinimum 5+ years of hands-on SAS programming experience, including macro development.\nStrong experience with SAS Viya Cloud Platform development and administration.\nExperience developing and supporting ETL processes and data integration solutions.\nProficiency in Python development, particularly API integrations and automation.\nExperience working with DevSecOps practices, Git/GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.\nStrong analytics, reporting, and data visualization experience.\nExperience supporting production environments and resolving application issues.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nFinancial Services industry experience preferred.\nTravel\nNA\nDegree\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
