Across industries ranging from Automotive and Telecommunications to Finance and e-Commerce, we combine technical expertise with strong Agile practices to help our clients deliver value efficiently and sustainably.\nWe are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our QA & Agile Competence Center and support one of our projects within a large-scale and complex environment. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a key role in enabling Agile teams to work effectively, continuously improve, and deliver value in a predictable and sustainable way. You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, management, and other stakeholders to facilitate collaboration, remove impediments, and ensure that Agile principles are effectively applied in practice.\nWhat you'll be doing\nFacilitate Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.\nCoach Agile teams in Scrum principles, Agile values, and effective ways of working.\nSupport teams in becoming increasingly self-organized, collaborative, and accountable.\nIdentify, manage, and remove impediments that impact team productivity and delivery.\nProactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers and ensure appropriate follow-up.\nWork closely with Product Owners to support effective backlog refinement, prioritization, and Sprint planning.\nFacilitate collaboration between Product, Development, QA, Architecture, and other project stakeholders.\nSupport teams in improving delivery predictability, flow, and transparency.\nUse Agile metrics and delivery data to identify improvement opportunities and support fact-based discussions.\nFacilitate conflict resolution and help teams address challenges in a constructive and collaborative way.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure that retrospective actions are followed through.\nSupport stakeholders in understanding and adopting Agile principles and ways of working.\nContribute to Agile transformation initiatives and the continuous improvement of delivery practices across the organization.\nAct as a servant leader and trusted partner for the team, Product Owner, and wider project stakeholders.\nWhat you'll bring along\nDegree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.\nSeveral years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in complex or large-scale environments.\nStrong knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles, and Agile delivery practices.\nProven experience coaching and supporting cross-functional Agile teams.\nStrong facilitation skills and the ability to effectively lead discussions with different stakeholder groups.\nExperience identifying and removing impediments and managing cross-team dependencies.\nExperience supporting Product Owners with backlog management, refinement, prioritization, and Sprint planning.\nStrong understanding of Agile metrics and experience using delivery data to identify improvement opportunities.\nProven ability to drive continuous improvement and translate retrospective insights into concrete actions.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to challenge constructively and manage difficult conversations.\nExperience working in international and distributed teams is an advantage.\nExperience in complex environments with multiple teams, dependencies, and stakeholders is highly desirable.\nStrong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and negotiation skills.\nAbility to coach teams and individuals while adapting the approach to different levels of Agile maturity.\nA proactive, pragmatic, and collaborative mindset, with a strong focus on value delivery and team effectiveness.\nExperience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.\nExperience with SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or other scaling frameworks is a plus.\nScrum Master certification such as PSM, CSM, or equivalent is a plus.\nExperience in a technical environment, software development, QA, or IT delivery is an advantage.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory \n\nDocument\n\nWhat’s in it for you\nNew beginnings can be a challenge.
