If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\nWe are currently seeking a Security Lead to join our team in Remote, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).\nRole Overview\nThe SAP S/4HANA Security Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust SAP security frameworks. The role ensures that user access, roles, and authorizations align with business processes, compliance standards, and audit requirements within S/4HANA and associated SAP systems.Key Responsibilities\nDesign and implement SAP S/4HANA security architecture, including roles, profiles, and authorizations.\nCreate, maintain, and manage user roles across multiple SAP landscapes (ECC, Fiori, GRC, BW, HANA).\nPerform role design workshops with business process owners and map access requirements.\nConduct periodic user access reviews and compliance audits (SOX, GDPR, etc.).\nImplement and maintain Fiori catalog, group, and role assignments for users.\nTroubleshoot authorization issues and analyze SU53 logs, ST01 traces, and security dumps.\nIntegrate SAP S/4HANA Security with SAP GRC Access Control for risk and compliance management.\nSupport system migrations and upgrades by validating roles and performing security testing.\nEnsure adherence to segregation of duties (SoD) principles and remediation of conflicts.\nPrepare and maintain documentation for security policies, processes, and configurations.\nRequired Skills\nStrong understanding of SAP authorization concepts (PFCG, SU24, SU53, SUIM).\nDeep experience with SAP S/4HANA Security, Fiori, and HANA database security.\nProficiency in SAP GRC Access Control (ARM, ARA, BRM, EAM modules).\nKnowledge of SAML, OAuth, and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations.\nStrong communication and documentation skills to work with auditors and stakeholders.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.\n5-8 years of SAP Security experience, with at least 2 years in S/4HANA environments.\nSAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP System Security and Authorizations preferred.\nExperience with SAP Cloud Identity Services and SAP BTP Security is an advantage.\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
