This is a senior individual contributor, hands-on role, focused on turning AI opportunities into practical solutions, prototypes, and successful first implementations.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong, practical, and demonstrable AI expertise with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You will work directly with business and technical teams to identify high-value use cases, demonstrate emerging AI capabilities, build prototypes and Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and guide teams from experimentation to implementation.\nWhat you'll be doing\nPartner with business and technical stakeholders to identify and shape high-value AI and GenAI use cases\nBuild and demonstrate AI prototypes and PoCs, translating ideas into tangible solutions\nDesign and implement solutions using LLMs, AI agents, RAG architectures, tools, APIs and integrations\nEvaluate and experiment with emerging AI technologies, frameworks and models\nDeliver technical workshops, demos and enablement sessions for engineering and business teams\nSupport teams during their first AI implementations, providing hands-on technical guidance and best practices\nHelp move successful PoCs toward production-ready AI solutions, considering scalability, security, reliability and responsible AI practices\nAct as a trusted AI advisor, helping stakeholders understand where AI creates real business value and where it does not\nWhat you'll bring along\nDegree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience\nSenior-level experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, or AI-focused software engineering\nStrong hands-on AI expertise demonstrated through real projects and implementations, ideally with significant AI/GenAI project experience in the last 2 years\nPractical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases and AI agents\nExperience with agentic frameworks and concepts such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar technologies\nStrong experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, enterprise systems, tools and external data sources\nProficiency in Python and experience building AI services or applications\nFamiliarity with major AI ecosystems and platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, or equivalent\nUnderstanding of production AI topics including evaluation, observability, security, guardrails, responsible AI and performance optimization\nStrong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences\nComfortable working independently in a highly visible, exploratory and fast-moving environment\n\nDocument\n\nWhat’s in it for you\nNew beginnings can be a challenge.
