Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.\nYour day at NTT DATA\nThe Senior Associate Client Project Manager is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for leading and directing concurrent client projects classified as standard.\nThis role may also be involved in larger-scale projects supervised by a Senior Project and/or Program Manager.\nThe primary responsibility of the Senior Associate Client Project Manager is to interface with all project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through to final implementation, including handing over to Operations (whether internal to the organization or into the client's support operations).\nKey responsibilities:\nInterfaces with all project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through to final implementation.\nContributes to the pre-sales process by providing proposals.\nEnsures that the project delivers the as-sold solution, remains within baseline budget, and is delivered on time while achieving quality criteria and maintaining client satisfaction.\nManages client satisfaction, commitment, and expectations to high service levels and manage escalations adequately.\nManages the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that client requirements are met, timelines are adhered to, and deliverables are achieved.\nEnsures effective project planning, stakeholder management, team coordination, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.\nPerforms any other related task as required.\nTo thrive in this role, you need to have:\nRelevant project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion.\nAbility to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.\nAbility to manage customer satisfaction, commitment, and expectations to high service levels and manage escalations adequately.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work in high-pressure environments.\nAbility to manage urgent tasks simultaneously.\nSome business acumen and commercial skills.\nPassionate, strong initiative, self-driven with a commitment to succeed.\nSome influencing ability whilst taking a collaborative approach.\nDecisive with good attention to detail ability.\nAbility to promote project services to both internal stakeholders and external clients.\nCompetent in project change management.\nFamiliarity of the industry, domain, or technology related to the client's project.\nRelevant problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address issues that may arise during project implementation.\nAcademic qualifications and certifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent in business and / or project management or related field.\nRelevant project management certifications preferably PMP required.\nITIL certification is beneficial.\nRequired experience:\nProject Planning & Scheduling - Ability to create and manage timelines and milestones.\nRisk Management -Identifying and mitigating risks proactively. \nStakeholder Communication - Clear and consistent updates to all stakeholders. \nBudgeting & Cost Control -Managing project budgets effectively. \nResource Allocation - Efficiently assigning tasks and managing team workload. \nProblem-Solving & Decision-Making - Handling issues quickly and effectively. \nProficiency in Tools & Methodologies - Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and tools like MS Project or Jira.\nModerate level project management experience preferably in a multinational professional services environment.\nModerate level client engagement experience.\nDemonstrated understanding of the project life cycle.\nDemonstrated competency in project change management.\nModerate level experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints.\nWorkplace type:\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
