Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.\nYour day at NTT DATA\nThe Senior Associate Collaboration Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for ensuring that client solution requirements are resolved in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).\nThis role performs configurations, actions installations and attends to break/fix events and works towards associate to professional level certification, whilst at the same time developing business knowledge.\nKey responsibilities:\nOwns larger portions of an installation, break/fix incidents at a low to medium level of complexity during project lifecycle.\nTakes responsibility for problem resolution and troubleshooting during project lifecycle.\nEscalates complex problems to the relevant third parties.\nAssists with the documentation of standard operating procedures relating to installations and fixes during ops handover.\nCompiles and maintain project administration (Time Capture and feedback to stakeholders).\nConducts elementary presentations within the customer's organization.\nExpected to take leadership from senior resources on relevant technologies according to specialization and best practice.\nProvides support and work alongside with L3 and L4 engineers on deployments and support.\nResponsible for technical support of the Organizations Cisco Unified Collaboration related technologies.\nProvides support and activation of security certificates for the relevant Cisco products as per vendor best practice.\nPerforms any other related task as required.\nTo thrive in this role, you need to have:\nDeveloping knowledge share, coaching and mentoring of L1 engineers on a regular basis.\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\nThe ability to work overtime when required.\nDeveloping knowledge and understanding of dial plan designs and implementation.\nUnderstanding of Cisco TelePresence video solutions.\nUnderstanding of Cisco audio and video conferencing solutions.\nGood problem solving and analytic skills to isolate problems.\nAcademic qualifications and certifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or a related field.\nValid CCNP Collaboration certification required - Voice certification preferred.\nRequired experience:\nModerate level experience in technical implementation engineering, specific to Collaboration technologies.\nModerate level experience engaging with clients and conducting presentations.\nModerate level experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unified Contact Centre express, Cisco Attendant console, Cisco IMP, Cisco Customer Collaboration Platform and Expressway in enterprise deployments, including bulk administration, provisioning and management of endpoints and user accounts in large-scale systems.\nModerate level experience with voice gateways: MGCP, SIP, H.323, SCCP, digital PRI/E1, analog FXO/FXS.\nModerate level experience with Border Element, media resources, SRST/SRSV.\nModerate level working experience with Cisco Unified Contact Centre Express, including but not limited to UC Manager integration, scripting, high availability clustering.\nWorking experience with CME/CUE.\nModerate level experience with virtualization, specifically VMware, Cisco UCS B/C-Series servers & wireshark.\nModerate level experience with Webex Calling solutions.\nModerate level experience with voice carrier systems i.e. - Openserv, Neotel, Vodacom, MTN, experience with multi-cluster call manager environments.\nModerate level ARC and Call Cabinet experience is advantageous.\nWorkplace type:\nOn-site WorkingAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
