Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.\nYour day at NTT DATA\nThe Senior Associate HR Business Partner is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for supporting with the application of corporate policies related to HR, organizational and employee advancement.\nThis role supports HR management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives and administers talent management and succession planning activities within the assigned business unit.\nThis role also supports the execution of all the programs developed by the relevant HR management team in the assigned stakeholder group.\nKey responsibilities:\nProvides HR support and guidance to employees, managers, and HR team members.\nFacilitates the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.\nHandles and resolves employee relations issues, collaborating with HRBPs and HR leadership as needed.\nSupports the performance management process, including goal setting and performance reviews.\nSupports the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.\nEnsures compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements, providing guidance to HRBPs and employees.\nPrepares and presents HR reports and data analysis to HRBPs and business leaders.\nParticipates in HR projects and initiatives, collaborating with the HR team and other departments.\nSupports employee engagement initiatives and action plans to improve workplace satisfaction and productivity.\nAssists in managing organizational change initiatives and communication with employees.\nUtilizes HR technology systems and tools to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency.\nServes as the primary point of contact for employees and managers across all levels.\nEnsures both HR and business managers have the information they need related to running the talent aspects of their organizations.\nPerforms any other related task as required.\nTo thrive in this role, you need to have:\nDeveloping knowledge of HR planning, talent management, and organizational development.\nDeveloping knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements.\nDeveloping expertise in performance appraisal processes, goal setting, and performance improvement techniques.\nKnowledge of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, and selection methods to attract and retain top talent.\nDisplays ability to handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.\nGood communication and influencing skills to engage with senior executives and stakeholders.\nDeveloping proficiency in managing organizational change and leading change initiatives.\nDisplays ability to make informed and data-driven decisions that impact HR and organizational outcomes.\nDisplays skills in using HR data and metrics to derive insights and support data-driven decision-making.\nDemonstrates high ethical standards and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive HR information.\nDeveloping ability to influence and persuade business stakeholders to gain support for HR initiatives.\nEagerness to stay updated with the latest HR trends, industry best practices, and professional development.\nAcademic qualifications and certifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent in a Human Resources or a related field.\nRequired experience:\nModerate level of experience working in a similar role preferably gained within a global IT organization.\nModerate level of experience working closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at different levels in the business.\nModerate level of experience working leveraging HR technologies including some experience in HRIS, LMS, e-Recruitment and Payroll systems.\nWorkplace type:\nHybrid WorkingAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
