This role independently manages assigned operational tasks, supports reporting and compliance requirements, and contributes to maintaining effective treasury processes and controls.The Senior Associate Specialist works closely with Specialists, Managers, and cross-functional finance teams to ensure consistent and compliant treasury execution across the organization.\nWhat we are looking for\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIESTreasury Operations Support\nExecute daily cash positioning and liquidity tracking activities for assigned accounts or entities.\nMonitor bank balances and investigate routine variances or discrepancies.\nProcess treasury transactions in accordance with established policies and approval frameworks.\nMaintain accurate treasury records, schedules, and supporting documentation.\nBanking & Account Administration\nSupport bank account administration activities, including documentation, signatory maintenance, and KYC updates.\nCoordinate routine bank account onboarding and changes under established procedures.\nMaintain and update banking master data in treasury systems and internal trackers.\nReporting & Data Preparation\nPrepare routine treasury reports, dashboards, and reconciliations with a high level of accuracy.\nSupport preparation of short-term cash-flow forecasts and liquidity schedules.\nEnsure timely delivery of treasury data to Accounting, FP&A, and other stakeholders.\nCompliance & Controls Support\nExecute treasury processes in line with internal controls and policy requirements.\nSupport internal and external audit requests by preparing documentation and responding to information requests.\nIdentify operational issues, data inconsistencies, or control gaps and escalate appropriately.\nProcess & Systems Support\nSupport updates to treasury process documentation, SOPs, and templates.\nParticipate in system enhancements, testing, and data validation activities.\nContribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and accuracy.\nAssist in training and knowledge sharing with Associate Specialists.\nKNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES\nSolid understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and banking processes.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nAbility to manage routine tasks independently and meet deadlines.\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies.\nEffective communicator and collaborative team member.\nProactive in identifying issues and opportunities for improvement.\nHigh ethical standards and respect for financial controls.\nACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE\n2-4 years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or banking operations.\nExperience supporting cash management, bank administration, or treasury reporting activities.\nProficiency in Excel.\nExposure to ERP or treasury management systems is preferred.\nPHYSICAL requirements\nOperate computer, peripherals, and other office equipment.\nPerform work during US business hours and time zones.\nWORK CONDITIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS\nTravel may be required.\nPerform work from a remote location with stable internet connection.\nCompensation Pay Range\nFor roles residing in the US, we share pay and benefit levels to support pay transparency requirements. For other countries, we are more than happy to share our competitive pay and benefit levels during the interview process.\nThis is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.\nNTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location.
