Our people drive everything we achieve, they think bold to deliver the outcome while ensuring every voice is heard.\nNTT Data Greece is looking for a Senior Business Analyst in Athens to work with our clients in theEuropean public sector with solid experience in IT environments, responsible for driving end-to-end business analysis activities, bridging business and technical teams, and delivering high-quality solutions in large-scale organizational contexts.\nYour role:\nElicit, analyze, and document business requirements across the full lifecycle.\nModel processes (BPMN) and define decision logic (DMN).\nSupport Agile ceremonies and ensure high-quality backlog artefacts.\nAct as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams.\nContribute to solution design, validation, testing, and acceptance activities.\nFacilitate workshops, stakeholder interactions, and co-creation session.\nYour profile:\nBacelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration or a related field.\nAt least 7 years of experience in Business Analysis within IT projects and minimum 4 years in large/complex European organizations.\nStrong expertise in BPMN modelling (mandatory) and DMN, with ability to design AS-IS / TO-BE processes.\nExperience in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and product lifecycle support.\nExperience with BDD (Behavior Driven Development) for requirements definition and validation.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 Level).\nAbility to translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nStrong process analysis, optimization, and redesign skills.\nEffective stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and co-creation support.\nVery good communication skills, both written and verbal.\nProven experience working in collaborative team environments.\nHigh autonomy and proactivity.\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.\nAbility to engage stakeholders effectively and build alignment.\nNice to have:\n IIBA-CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)\n Business modelling: ARIS (or equivalent) \n Collaboration & documentation: SharePoint, MS Office 365, FigJam (or equivalent) \n Development / ALM: GitHub (or equivalent) \n Enterprise platforms: OpenText, ServiceNow (or equivalent) \nThis role describes your starting point at NTT DATA.
