investment operations, and wealth management platforms.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead business discussions, discovery workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, operations teams, product owners, architects, and technology teams.\nElicit, analyze, document, validate, and prioritize business and functional requirements.\nPrepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), use cases, process flows, business rules, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability artifacts.\nDevelop and maintain Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents for data migration, conversion, and system integration initiatives.\nPerform source-data analysis, data lineage assessment, field-level mapping, transformation-rule definition, reconciliation, and target-data validation.\nConduct current-state and future-state process analysis, gap analysis, impact assessment, and dependency analysis.\nCollaborate with architects, developers, data engineers, QA teams, vendors, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.\nSupport UAT planning, test-case review, execution coordination, defect triage, business validation, and sign-off.\nParticipate in platform migration, data conversion, system modernization, and operational transformation programs.\nEnsure delivered solutions align with investment accounting, reporting, reconciliation, risk, control, and operational requirements.\nRequired Skills and Experience\nDomain Expertise\nInvestment Banking and Wealth Management\nInvestment Accounting and Portfolio Accounting\nSecurities processing, custody, and asset servicing\nTrade lifecycle, positions, transactions, cash, and corporate actions\nFinancial
