This role is ideal for someone who has deep technical knowledge in modern data architectures, scalable pipelines, cloud technologies, and enterprise level data operations.\nYou will lead the design and development of data solutions that empower analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence across the organization. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), distributed processing frameworks, data modeling, and best-in class engineering practices.\nKey responsibilities:\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable and secure data pipelines on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). • Architect and implement data lake, data warehouse, and data mart solutions for enterprise workloads.\nDevelop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using modern tools and cloud-native services.\nWork closely with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Business teams to support analytical and ML use cases.\nEnsure high data quality, governance, security, and compliance across all data systems.\nImplement best practices in data modeling, data partitioning, orchestration, and workflows.\nLead performance tuning, cost optimization, and reliability improvements for cloud data pipelines.\nBuild CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) for data platform automation.\nEvaluate and introduce new technologies and frameworks to enhance the data ecosystem.\nMentor junior engineers and lead technical discussions within the data team.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.\n5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related fields.\nStrong expertise with one or more major cloud platforms:\nAWS: Redshift, Glue, S3, EMR, Kinesis, Lambda •GCP: BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Dataproc, GCS\nAzure: Synapse, ADLS, Data Factory, Databricks\nProficient in Python, SQL, and at least one distributed processing framework (Spark, Beam, Databricks).\nStrong experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Cloud Composer, Dagster, Prefect).\nExperience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK).\nExcellent understanding of data modeling (OLTP, OLAP, star schema, snowflake schema).\nFamiliarity with DevOps and CI/CD for data engineering.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\nWorkplace type:\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
