This position is a high-impact role responsible for developing, maintaining, and interpreting complex business case models supporting large-scale (GW-level) data center investments and strategic initiatives.This role plays a critical part in:\nSupporting investment decision-making for large hyperscale and multi-GW development programs\nTranslating commercial, operational, and financing inputs into robust financial models\nPartnering closely with, Investment team to support DevCo formation, capital structuring, and execution of large deals\nSupport sales by evaluating impact of large sales deals on Asset ROI.\nThis position requires deep technical modeling expertise with strong focus on debt financing, capital structure mechanics, and scenario analytics.\nWhat we are looking for\nBachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required\nMBA/CPA preferred\nSeveral years progressive experience in finance\nExperience with investors preferred\nStrong experience in Financial modeling (advanced Excel) &Capital budgeting, IRR/NPV analysis\nAbility to translate ambiguous inputs into structured model, Identify key value drivers and risks & perform sensitivity and downside analysis\nAbility to Communicate complex modeling outputs clearly and support senior stakeholders with decision-ready insights\nAbility to conduct and prepare comprehensive and detailed data analysis and output reports for stakeholders\nProficient with computers to include the utilization of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook and AI tools as approved by the organization\nStrong ability to create context in Power Point is required\nRevenue Recognition knowledge in preferred\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nWhat you will do\nWork with other departments to pull together assumptions to build business case for new sites/GW scale sites\nAnalyze business case inputs for reasonableness and comparison to other investments\nEnsure robust modeling of returns (IRR, NPV), cashflows, and sensitivities\nSupport business case development across lifecycle: greenfield, expansion, recapitalization, and DevCo structures\nDevelop and maintain detailed debt and capital structure components within business case models\nModel Multi-entity investment structures, Capital stacking and funding flows and Impact of large anchor deals on portfolio returns\nImpact of large customer deals on project economics and capital efficiency\nUpdate business cases with Budget vs actuals, Revised forecasts, Financing changes and deal update\nEnsure alignment with Investor models, Lending requirements, Internal reporting frameworks\nUpdate new site business cases with actuals, revised forecast assumptions and compare against original business case\nAnalyze financial results and evaluate asset performance\nPrepare power point presentations for Executive audience communicating financial metrics\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nThis position is expected to be working in a hybrid working environment that is work from office and home as per the HR policy\nThis position might be required to support regions spread across different geographies (APAC, India, EMEA) with occasional requirement to attend meetings in USA timings and hence should be flexible to work in multiple time zones on need basis\nTravel 5-10% of the time\nWho we are\nAs the third largest data center provider, we operate over 150 data centers in more than 20 countries and regions.
