This role provides actionable insights and recommendations based on financial analysis, working closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Operations, Construction, and product teams.This role executes complex modelling and analysis independently, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with corporate objectives. Person is expected to have Sound understanding of real estate transactions structuring, PropCo/Opco JV structures, valuations, Investor return analysis, debt financing, and ability to model these independently.\nWhat we are looking for\nKey Responsibilities:\nFinancial Modelling & Business Case Development\nDevelop, update, and maintain business cases for new site investments, ensuring assumptions are reasonable and aligned with market data and internal benchmarks.\nAnalyze financial results & asset performance by evaluating key metrics such as IRR, NPV, payback period, and terminal value.\nPartner with Sales, product, construction and operations to assess deal terms, capex, operating costs, project profitability, and the financial feasibility of new opportunities.\nSupport long-term planning by providing modelling for new initiatives, capital projects, and strategic investments.\nPrepare reports and dashboards to communicate financial insights, variances, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.\nFinancial Analysis & Risk Management\nValidate financial inputs, assumptions, and market and internal benchmarking data to ensure reasonability, accuracy and support minimize risk.\nIdentify financial risks and opportunities in modelling outputs and provide actionable recommendations.\nEnsure adherence to internal policies, accounting standards, and industry regulations in all financial analyses.\nStakeholder Engagement & Decision Support\nCollaborate with Sales, Operations, and FP&A teams to support strategic and investment decisions.\nPresent financial analysis and insights to management in a clear and actionable manner.\nServe as a subject-matter expert on financial modelling and scenario analysis to support capital planning and investment evaluation.\nProcess Improvement & Tools\nContinuously improve modelling methodologies, templates, and financial analysis processes.\nLeverage Excel, Power BI, or other tools to enhance the quality, efficiency, and usability of financial models.\nKnowledge & Attributes:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.\nProfessional certification preferred (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent).\nMultiple years of experience in financial modelling , FP&A, investment analysis, or corporate finance, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or data center environments.\nProven ability to develop and maintain complex financial models and business cases.\nExperience supporting investment or capital decision-making processes.\nStrong proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and other financial modelling /reporting tools.\nExperience with Real estate strategy teams or investment banking firms a plus.\nStrong expertise in financial modelling , business case development, and capital investment analysis.\nKnowledge of Real estate transaction structuring, PropCo Opco economics analysis, investor return analysis and valuations.\nKnowledge of IRR, NPV, discounted cash flow, and other investment metrics.\nWho we are\nAs the third largest data center provider, we operate over 150 data centers in more than 20 countries and regions.
