The role involves contributing to the development of secure, reliable, and cloud-ready enterprise applications, enhancing system architecture, producing clean and testable code, and ensuring efficient integration with APIs, databases, and distributed services that enable critical reporting and analytics across the organization.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDesign, develop, and maintain backend Java/Spring Boot microservices and full-stack applications using ReactJS or Angular \nProduce clean, secure, and efficient code aligned with engineering standards\nContribute across all stages of the product lifecycle in close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams\nWork within an Agile, CI/CD-driven environment and contribute to improving development workflows\nApply architectural concepts to ensure secure, scalable, and highly available solutions \nWrite unit, integration, and automated tests and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline\nParticipate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making\nMentor junior developers, promote best practices, and support collaborative team culture\nWork with business analysts, users, and UI/UX designers to build effective and intuitive solutions\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field\nAt least 5 years of development experience in a senior engineering role\nBackend: Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and common design patterns\nFrontend: Practical experience with React or Angular (component architecture, state management, forms)\nMicroservices: Hands-on experience designing and implementing microservice-based architectures\nCloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and deploying/managing cloud-native applications\nDatabases: Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, BigQuery)\nCI/CD: Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and automated build/deploy pipelines\nContainers: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm charts\nStrong analytical and communication skills, initiative, autonomy, and a continuous learning mindset\nAbility to share knowledge, coach others, and contribute to a positive engineering culture\nComfortable working in an Agile environment with evolving requirements\nProficiency in spoken and written English \nNice-to-have skills:\nKafka, Pub/Sub, or event-driven design \nTerraform, CI/CD as code \nPerformance tuning and distributed tracing (Grafana, OpenTelemetry) \nSecurity best practices (OAuth2, JWT, IAM, etc.) \n\nDocument\n\nWhat’s in it for you\nNew beginnings can be a challenge.
