Since its set-up in 2014, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank’s technology transformation.\nWe are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with relevant industry experience in enterprise software development with knowledge and practical experience in a variety of Full-Stack technology stacks.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nWork together with our highly skilled international development teams to build and maintain features of our Applications and Systems \nEnsure proper performance and quality of the written code and continuously participate in code reviews \nWrite unit tests for robustness, edge cases and general reliability \nWrite code in compliance with our coding standards and security mechanisms \nContinuously collaborate with cross-functional teams, product owners, designers and QA team in an agile environment \nParticipate in developer guilds and enjoy learning/sharing knowledge with the team \nTake on the role of a technical forward thinker and take part in the support and training of junior developers \nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field\nAt least 5 years of relevant industry experience in enterprise software development with knowledge and practical experience in a variety of Full-Stack technology stacks \nStrong analytical problem-solving skills and a structured approach to converting ideas into concepts, design and code \nSkilled in creating robust, high availability microservices using Java 17+ and Spring Boot or Quarkus; Quarkus would be a plus \nFull-Stack experience with JavaScript, Node.js and Angular; RxJS would be a plus \nExperience with SDLC tools - Git, JIRA, Artifactory, Github \nAutomation mindset and experience in designing and building CI/CD pipelines, ideally Github Actions \nKnowledge and experience in cloud environments like Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure; GCP would be a plus \nBasic knowledge on Authentication and Authorization protocols (OAuth2.0 and OpenID Connect, TLS / SSL) \nVery good knowledge of SOLID principles, design patterns \nExcellent communication, interpersonal skills and effective team player \nCollaborate in a global multi-cultural environment and work with teams located in different time zones \nKnowledge and experience of agile values, principles and methods \n\nDocument\n\nWhat’s in it for you\nNew beginnings can be a challenge.
