The assignment focuses on establishing robust authorization concepts, onboarding applications and entitlements, and ensuring compliant reconciliation processes, leveraging One Identity Manager and Nexis. You will be a member of the Cybersecurity Competence Center, where your skills and contributions to security systems delivery will be very visible. The team is international so you will use English both written and spoken, German knowledge would be an advantage.\nWhat you'll be doing\nDefine, validate, and document Authorization Concepts (including governance, approval flows, audit alignment).\nDrive Application / Entitlement / Account Onboarding end-to-end (requirements, onboarding design, execution support).\nDesign and stabilize Reconciliation processes (accounts/entitlements, data quality, audit-readiness).\nCreate stable and auditable reconciliation controls and reporting approach.\nProvide guidance for IAM products (One Identity Manager) (configuration, handover documentation).\nSupport Nexis integration/usage within IAM processes (requirements mapping, testing support, operational readiness).\nDesign standardized onboarding approach for applications, accounts, and entitlements.\nDocument Handover-ready documentation and operational procedures for OneIM .\nWhat you'll bring along\nMaster’s or bachelor’s degree in related fields, preferably Engineering, Computer Science.\nMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in IAM role - with experience in leading IAM initiatives.\nExtensive experience in IAM projects, ideally in regulated industries.\nStrong expertise in: Authorization concepts; Application/Entitlement/Account onboarding; Reconciliation (accounts and entitlements); One Identity Manager; Nexis.\nProven ability to translate business and compliance requirements into implementable IAM processes and controls.\nStrong stakeholder management and documentation quality (concepts, process flows, runbooks).\nExcellent command of both spoken and written English, German would be a plus.\n\nDocument\n\nWhat’s in it for you\nNew beginnings can be a challenge.
