Senior Kore.ai Developer / Conversational AI Engineer\nDay to Day Job Duties:\n(What this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)\nDesign, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support enterprise conversational AI and chatbot solutions using the Kore.ai platform.\nDevelop conversational experiences using Kore.ai XO Platform capabilities, including Dialog Tasks, FAQ Skills, Knowledge AI, Search Skills, and Small Talk.\nDesign and implement conversational flows using NLP/NLU concepts, intent modeling, entity extraction, context management, and conversation-design principles.\nDevelop custom integrations and application logic using JavaScript, Node.js, JSON, REST APIs, and web services.\nIntegrate Kore.ai conversational solutions with enterprise platforms and applications such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Azure services.\nConfigure and support authentication and authorization mechanisms including OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), SAML, and Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.\nDevelop and support conversational AI solutions deployed in cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.\nTroubleshoot chatbot, integration, API, authentication, NLP/NLU, and production-related issues and implement appropriate resolutions.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, developers, and application teams to understand conversational AI requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nParticipate in requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production-support activities.\nDevelop reusable components, integrations, and conversational patterns to improve scalability and consistency across enterprise chatbot solutions.\nParticipate in code reviews, defect resolution, performance optimization, and platform enhancement activities.\nFollow Agile development practices and participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.\nUse Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices to manage source code, application builds, testing, and deployments.\nSupport integration of Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or related AI capabilities where applicable.\nMaintain technical documentation, solution designs, integration specifications, and operational support documentation.\nBasic Qualifications:\nMinimum 5+ years of overall IT experience, including hands-on experience developing solutions using the Kore.ai platform.\nMinimum 5+ years of Strong hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise conversational AI and chatbot solutions.\nMinimum 5+ years of Experience with the Kore.ai XO Platform, including Dialog Tasks, FAQ Skills, Knowledge AI, Search Skills, and Small Talk.\nMinimum 5+ years of Strong understanding of NLP/NLU concepts, including intent modeling, entity extraction, conversational flows, and conversation design.\nMinimum 5+ years of Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Node.js, JSON, REST APIs, and web-service integrations.\nMinimum 5+ years of Experience integrating Kore.ai solutions with enterprise applications such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and/or Microsoft Azure services.\nMinimum 5+ years of Experience implementing authentication and identity-management mechanisms including OAuth, SSO, SAML, and Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.\nMinimum 5+ years of Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.\nMinimum 5+ years of Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile software-development methodologies.\nMinimum 5+ years of Experience troubleshooting conversational AI applications, integrations, APIs, authentication, and production issues.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, architecture teams, developers, product teams, and other cross-functional technology teams.\nTravel:\nNot specified in the source job description.\nDegree:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nNice to Have:\n(But not a must)\nExperience with Generative AI solutions, including Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based architectures.\nExperience integrating enterprise conversational AI solutions with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI services.\nKore.ai Developer Certification.\nMicrosoft Azure AI, Cloud, or related technical certifications.\nExperience supporting large-scale enterprise AI and automation initiatives.\nExperience developing reusable conversational AI frameworks, components, and integration patterns.\nRole Type:\nFull-Time | Hybrid/Remote | Enterprise AI & Automation Projects\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
