Experience a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive workplace where your ideas are valued, and your growth is supported.\nYour role at a glance\nReporting into the APAC region Senior Director of Construction, the Senior Manager, Program Delivery - Thailand is responsible to lead the planning and execution of large-scale data centre construction projects exceeding USD 200M in Thailand. The successful candidate will lead and oversee all aspects of project delivery from pre-construction planning through handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.What we are looking for\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:\nLead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of complex data centre construction projects exceeding USD 200M in Thailand.\nManage project scope, schedules, budgets, risk, and resources throughout the construction lifecycle.\nDevelop and implement comprehensive project management plans incorporating best practices for data centre construction.\nCoordinate and integrate activities across multiple work streams including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and network infrastructure.\nSelect, onboard, and manage local contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure performance meets or exceeds project requirements.\nBuild and lead high-performing project teams, both direct reports and cross functional partners.\nImplement robust project controls including cost tracking, progress reporting, scheduling, and change management.\nEnsure compliance with company standards, local regulations, building codes, and industry best practices.\nIdentify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and continuous monitoring.\nConduct and/or ensure regular progress meetings with stakeholders, contractors, and team members. These meetings include but not limited to: Coordination, Owner/Architect/Contractor, Pull Planning (schedule) sessions, Design Management, QAQC & Commissioning and Room Ready/Handover.\nManage quality control processes in coordination with the regional Quality Manager.\nManage commissioning activities in coordination with the regional Cx Program Manager to ensure smooth transition from construction to operations.\nFoster positive relationships with local authorities, utility providers, and other key stakeholders.\nProvide regular status updates and reporting to senior leadership.\nDevelop and maintain relationships with key customers, operations, finance, and internal department leaders.\nIntegrate Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to support design and create master development programs for site(s).\nSupport design team leadership for environmental, entitlement and permitting requirements.\nImplement communication plans and project documentation governance.\nDevelop and implement strategic sourcing plans for vendor selection, award, and contracts.\nAssess and quantify change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.\nOptimize project cost effectiveness through constructability reviews and Value Engineering.\nValidate drawings and specifications reflect desired construction quality and ensure proper remediation.\nDevelop and implement systems to deliver highest quality standards for project safety.\nMonitor and control risk management insurance and liability controls.\nPresent executive summaries and status reports to senior leadership.\nProvide on-site support for sales and marketing team to present company values to prospective clients.\nKnowledge & Attributes:\nUnderstanding of Project Management, Planning, Construction Management, and Data Centers.\nDemonstrated leadership ability in dealing with Owners, Architects, Contractors, and internal stakeholders.\nExtensive knowledge of prime contracts including lump sum, GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price), hard bid, negotiated, design-build, etc. Specifically including EVM methods and payment systems.\nExtensive knowledge of P6 Critical path scheduling systems, overall project cost control, budgeting, and value engineering as applied to buildings and systems used in Data Center project delivery\nFamiliarity of all aspects of Development design and Construction- to include site work, core, and shell, mechanical and electrical, utilities, finishes, etc.\nAbility to work in an international team environment and interact with all levels of management, including C-Suite reviews.\nStrong executive presence - able to convey complex and technical concepts to a non-construction audience.\nMust be highly organized, analytical, and structured with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. \nManages stress and/or fast pace effectively.\nAcademic Qualifications & Certifications:\nBachelor's degree in engineering, business, construction management or relevant field required.\nRequired Experience:\nMinimum Qualifications :\nUnderstanding of Project Management, Planning, Construction Management, and Data Centers.\nDemonstrated leadership ability in dealing with Owners, Architects, Contractors, and internal stakeholders.\nExtensive knowledge of prime contracts including lump sum, GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price), hard bid, negotiated, design-build, etc. Specifically including EVM methods and payment systems.\nExtensive knowledge of P6 Critical path scheduling systems, overall project cost control, budgeting, and value engineering as applied to buildings and systems used in Data Center project delivery\nFamiliarity of all aspects of Development design and Construction- to include site work, core, and shell, mechanical and electrical, utilities, finishes, etc.\nAbility to work in an international team environment and interact with all levels of management, including C-Suite reviews.\nStrong executive presence - able to convey complex and technical concepts to a non-construction audience.\nMust be highly organized, analytical, and structured with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. \nManages stress and/or fast pace effectively.\nWork Conditions & Other Requirements:\n100%: Construction jobsite at various levels of development.\nValid passport allowing travel within the APAC region at times.\nWho we are\nAs the third largest data center provider, we operate over 150 data centers in more than 20 countries and regions.
