The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with .NET development, AWS cloud services, and application integration, along with a solid understanding of software architecture and cloud-native solutions.\nExperience in the life insurance industry and familiarity with Resonant are preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for success in this role.\nPosition Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable applications using .NET technologies.\nDesign, implement, and support cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS services.\nLead and contribute to application and system integration initiatives across platforms and enterprise applications.\nDevelop and support APIs, REST services, and other integration components to enable reliable data exchange between systems.\nCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate technical options, and deliver effective solutions.\nContribute to application architecture, technical design decisions, and long-term technology strategy.\nPromote software engineering best practices, including clean code, reusable components, testing, performance optimization, security, and reliability.\nSupport deployment automation and continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members, as appropriate.\nTroubleshoot complex application, integration, and cloud infrastructure issues and implement sustainable solutions.\nRequirements\nMandatory Qualifications\nMinimum 8 years of professional software development experience, including strong hands-on expertise in .NET technologies.\nMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, or deploying solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS).\nExperience with relevant AWS services, such as Amazon EC2, Amazon S3, AWS Lambda, Amazon RDS, and Amazon API Gateway.\nDemonstrated experience designing, developing, and supporting application and system integrations using APIs, REST services, messaging, or related integration technologies.\nStrong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, application integration, and cloud-native development principles.\nExperience troubleshooting complex technical issues and delivering scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working in the life insurance industry, including familiarity with insurance business processes and enterprise applications.\nFamiliarity with Resonant.\nExperience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated build and deployment processes.\nExperience providing technical leadership, mentoring developers, and guiding implementation decisions.\nExperience contributing to cloud architecture decisions and application modernization initiatives.\nAdditional Information\nLocation: McKinney, Texas area.\nPay Transparency\nWhere required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $92,408 - $171,125. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
