Payables and Expenses/iExpenses.\nKey Requirements\n10+ years of Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud techno-functional experience.\nProven experience in multiple end-to-end Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud implementations, covering the complete implementation lifecycle from requirement gathering through go-live and post-production support.\nStrong hands-on expertise in:\nOracle Supply Chain Management (SCM)\nOracle Purchasing\nOracle Procurement\nOracle Self-Service Procurement\nOracle Payables (AP)\nOracle Expenses / iExpenses\nStrong understanding of the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle, including requisitions, approvals, purchase orders, receiving, invoice matching, payments, and accounting.\nHands-on implementation experience covering requirement gathering, business process analysis, fit-gap assessment, solution design, configuration, functional/technical specifications, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.\nAbility to leverage previous implementation experience to recommend Oracle best practices and appropriate solution options based on business requirements.\nStrong experience in supporting and troubleshooting custom applications, customizations, interfaces, integrations, reports, workflows, and other application-related issues.\nGood understanding of cross-functional integration between SCM, Procurement, Purchasing, Receiving, Payables, Expenses, and General Ledger.\nAbility to independently analyse complex functional and technical issues, perform root-cause analysis (RCA), and drive issues through resolution.\nExperience supporting production incidents, enhancements, change requests, testing, deployments, and application releases.\nStrong SQL knowledge is highly advantageous, with the ability to use SQL for data analysis, reconciliation, transaction tracing, interface troubleshooting, and production issue investigation.\nKnowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, FBDI, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Cloud integrations would be an added advantage.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to take end-to-end ownership of assigned activities.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with
