Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.\nKey Responsibilities\nCross-portfolio solution leadership\nAct as the lead technical voice for infrastructure pursuits and orchestrate NTT solutions in Thailand (hybrid cloud, data center, network and SD-WAN, cybersecurity, digital workplace, managed services, data and AI) into one coherent offer.\nCoordinate with other NTT business units, domain specialists and global or regional teams to bring in the right expertise and reuse proven reference architectures.\nKeep a view of the full solution portfolio and spot cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in existing accounts.\nOpportunity and bid support\nPartner with Account Managers and Sales Leads on opportunity qualification, account planning and pursuit strategy.\nRun discovery workshops, assess customer environments and translate business needs into technical requirements.\nDesign target architectures, sizing, bills of materials and high-level pricing inputs with delivery and commercial teams.\nLead RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, technical proposals, solution presentations, demos and proof-of-concepts.\nWork with Delivery, Legal, Risk and Finance on scope, assumptions, risks and handover so the solution sold is the solution that can be delivered.\nTechnical leadership and enablement\nMentor and guide junior presales engineers and solution architects; set solution and proposal quality standards.\nBuild and maintain reusable presales assets: solution templates, reference architectures, case studies and competitive positioning.\nRun internal sales enablement sessions so sales teams can position the infrastructure and cross-portfolio offering with confidence.\nCustomer and partner engagement\nServe as trusted advisor to customer CIOs, IT heads and architects, including at executive briefings and customer events.\nManage technical relationships with key vendors and technology partners (for example cloud hyperscalers, networking, compute, storage and security vendors).\nTrack market trends, competitor moves and Thailand regulatory requirements (for example PDPA and sector-specific rules) and feed them into the go-to-market approach.\nQualifications and Experience\nBachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field (Master's preferred).\n8+ years in IT infrastructure, with at least 4 years in presales, solution architecture or technical consulting for enterprise customers.\nProven record of leading technical solutions for large, multi-domain deals in the Thai or wider ASEAN market.\nHands-on breadth across at least two of: hybrid/multi-cloud, data center (compute, storage, virtualization), enterprise networking, cybersecurity, digital workplace, managed services.\nRelevant certifications are a plus, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, VMware, Cisco (CCNP/CCIE), Palo Alto, TOGAF or ITIL.\nFluent Thai and English (spoken and written); Japanese is an advantage.\nCompetencies\nTechnical\nSolution architecture and design across hybrid cloud, data center, network and security domains.\nSizing, TCO/ROI modelling and cost-to-serve awareness for managed services and multi-year contracts.\nUnderstanding of how infrastructure connects to data, AI and application modernization.\nCommercial and behavioral\nConsultative selling: turns customer pain points into clear, differentiated value propositions.\nStrong storytelling and executive-level presentation skills in Thai and English.\nCollaboration across business units, vendors and global teams without direct authority.\nOwnership of deal quality, deadlines and risk, with sound judgment under pressure.\nCoaching mindset and a habit of sharing knowledge.\nWorkplace type:\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
