The role will be responsible for supporting and enhancing Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, Payroll interfaces, Rewards Programs, and Reporting while partnering with HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess deep Workday functional knowledge, strong analytical skills, and experience supporting global Total Rewards operations in complex enterprise environments.\nKey Responsibilities\n6-10+ years of HRIS, HR Operations, or Workday support experience and 4+ years of hands-on Workday Total Rewards experience.\nSupport annual compensation review cycles, merit increases, bonus planning, stock awards, and incentive programs.\nConfigure and maintain compensation plans, eligibility rules, compensation grades, and compensation packages.\nAssist HR and Compensation teams with compensation audits, validations, and testing activities.\nEnsure compensation processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.\nMaintain and support benefits plans, eligibility rules, enrollment events, life events, and benefit calculations.\nTroubleshoot employee benefits issues and enrollment discrepancies and Support annual open enrollment activities and benefits program changes.\nDevelop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards related to compensation, benefits, and absence management.\nSupport ad hoc reporting requests from HR, Compensation, Payroll, Finance, and leadership teams.\nEvaluate Workday bi-annual releases for impacts to Total Rewards processes.\nConduct regression testing, UAT support, and validation of new features and Document configuration changes, test results, and deployment activities.\nCollaborate with HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.\nProvide functional guidance and training to business users and HR teams.\nSupport audits, compliance reviews, and internal governance activities.\nServe as a trusted advisor for Workday Total Rewards functionality and best practices.\nWorkday Functional Expertise in Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Benefits\nFamiliarity in Workday Absence Management, Workday Core HCM and Workday Security Fundamentals\nExperience in functional configuration in Total Rewards Strategy, Compensation Planning, Incentive Programs, Salary Review Cycles, Benefits Administration and HR Compliance and Governance\nExperience in Incident and Problem Management, Root Cause Analysis, User Support and Training and Documentation Knowledge Management and Testing and Release Validation\nFamiliarity with Workday Payroll and Payroll integrations and Prism Analytics and People Analytics.\nKnowledge of global compensation and benefits programs and Experience supporting multinational organizations.\nExperience with HR Service Delivery and Shared Services environments.\nExposure to Workday Extend and automation capabilities.\nUnderstanding of AI-driven HR technologies and workforce analytics.\nStrong understanding of HR operations, compensation, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes.\nWorkday Compensation Certification or Workday Benefits Certification\nAdditional Requirements\nMust be willing to work from the office 5 days a week.\nMust be able to work from Bengaluru, Noida, or Hyderabad.\nFlexibility to support business-critical activities, including financial close cycles, production deployments, and system upgrades outside regular business hours when required. \nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
