This is a hands-on implementation role focused on designing, configuring, and developing integrations to ensure reliable and high-quality data exchange across enterprise systems.\nWhat you'll be doing\nDesign, configure, and implement inbound and outbound integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.\nDevelop and maintain both unidirectional and bidirectional interfaces for foundation data synchronization.\nEnsure reliable, secure, and high-quality data exchange across integrated platforms.\nCollaborate with application owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define integration requirements and resolve data-related issues.\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance and data quality.\nSupport testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of ServiceNow integrations.\nDocument integration designs, technical specifications, and operational procedures.\nFollow development best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of integration solutions.\nExperience with technical implementation and development within the ServiceNow platform.\nHands-on experience designing and implementing system integrations and interfaces.\nUnderstanding of inbound/outbound integrations, APIs, web services, and data exchange mechanisms.\nExperience working with data synchronization and data quality processes.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.\nWhat you’ll bring along\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience\nAt least 4 years of hands-on experience as a Technical Integration Consultant, ideally in ServiceNow context\nExperience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications and data sources.\nFamiliarity with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and common integration patterns.\nKnowledge of ServiceNow IntegrationHub or other ServiceNow integration capabilities.\nExperience working in enterprise ITSM environments.\nStrong communication skills and advanced English and German\n\nDocument\n\nWhat’s in it for you\nNew beginnings can be a challenge.
