You will join an international environment where collaboration, ownership and continuous learning are part of everyday delivery.\nWe are looking for an experienced SAP SCM and Logistics Consultant with a strong understanding of SAP interfaces, application monitoring and incident management to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA environment.\nThe role combines supply chain process knowledge, interface monitoring and cross-functional coordination. You will work with business stakeholders, SAP Product Teams, application owners and technical teams to ensure that integration errors between SAP S/4HANA and connected systems are identified, classified and routed through the appropriate support processes.\nWhat you will be doing\nPartner with SAP Product Teams and owners of connected or satellite applications to identify, analyze and catalogue interface errors.\nAnalyze integration issues and distinguish technical errors that require IT support from business or user-related errors that require action from end users.\nDetermine the relevant business context for each error, including material, document number, organizational unit and other process-specific information.\nDefine and maintain troubleshooting instructions, error catalogues and clear user guidance for business-related errors.\nTranslate monitoring needs into requirements for automated incident or ticket creation and end-user notifications.\nCoordinate implementation with the technical teams responsible for integration, monitoring, automation and IT service management.\nFollow up on delivery, resolve cross-team dependencies and ensure that agreed monitoring scenarios are implemented end to end.\nTest monitoring, ticketing and notification scenarios and validate the results with business and technical stakeholders.\nPrepare operational documentation and support communication, enablement and training activities for end users.\nIndependently drive topics across business, SAP application, integration and technical support teams.\nWhat you will bring along\nProfessional experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Supply Chain or Logistics processes, such as MM, SD, EWM or closely related areas.\nA practical understanding of end-to-end logistics processes and the business objects exchanged between SAP and connected systems.\nGood knowledge of SAP interfaces and integration concepts, including how SAP applications interact with external or satellite systems.\nExperience with interface or application monitoring, troubleshooting and incident or error management.\nThe ability to analyze technical symptoms while also identifying the business impact and the action required from users or support teams.\nExperience in complex SAP application landscapes, ideally within an Application Management Services or support environment.\nStrong stakeholder management and coordination skills, with the confidence to work across functional and technical teams.\nA structured, ownership-driven approach and the ability to move topics forward independently.\nExperience with testing, documentation and clear communication to end users.\nGerman language skills at B2 level or above and a good command of English.\nSAP EWM experience, particularly integration between SAP S/4HANA and EWM.\nExposure to SAP Integration Suite or Cloud Integration, formerly CPI, or SAP PI and PO.\nKnowledge of integration technologies such as IDoc, RFC, qRFC and APIs.\nExperience with ServiceNow or a comparable IT service management platform.\nExposure to Kinaxis or Blue Yonder Transportation Management.\nExperience with automated monitoring platforms such as ignio.\n\nDocument\n\nWhat’s in it for you\nNew beginnings can be a challenge.
