The candidate should have good communication skills and experience in IT Service Management processes, including Incident Management, Change Management, CMDB validation, SOP creation, and technical documentation.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and support Data Center infrastructure and day-to-day technical operations.\nMonitor and maintain Physical and Virtual Servers to ensure high availability and performance.\nSupport server infrastructure components, including memory, storage, and capacity requirements.\nManage and support Storage Area Network (SAN) infrastructure and connectivity.\nWork with network teams to support and troubleshoot WAN and Data Center network connectivity.\nCoordinate infrastructure provisioning, storage, and network-related requirements.\nWork with network and security teams on Firewall requirements and access management.\nHandle and coordinate Incident Management activities related to Data Center, Server, Storage, and Network infrastructure.\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure incidents within defined SLA timelines.\nCoordinate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders for timely incident resolution and escalation.\nSupport Change Management activities by reviewing, planning, coordinating, and implementing infrastructure changes.\nAssess change impacts, risks, dependencies, and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained before implementation.\nPrepare and validate implementation and rollback plans for infrastructure changes.\nUpdate and validate CMDB (Configuration Management Database) records to ensure accurate configuration information.\nParticipate in change review meetings and CAB discussions, where required.\n Create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operational runbooks, and technical documentation.\nEnsure all infrastructure processes, configurations, incident resolutions, and changes are properly documented.\nReview and improve existing SOPs and process documents to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.\nSupport IT operational and ERP-related processes, as applicable.\nEnsure adherence to ITIL processes, organizational policies, and standard operating procedures.\nCoordinate with technical, business, and finance stakeholders for infrastructure-related activities.\nPrepare regular status reports and technical documentation for stakeholders.\nRequired Skills\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong understanding of Data Center Infrastructure and Operations.\nExperience with Physical and Virtual Server management.\nKnowledge of server hardware components, including memory and storage.\nHands-on knowledge of SAN (Storage Area Network) and Storage infrastructure.\nUnderstanding of WAN and Data Center Network connectivity.\nUnderstanding of Firewall and infrastructure security concepts.\nExperience in Incident Management and incident resolution.\nExperience in Change Management and change implementation processes.\nKnowledge of CMDB validation and Configuration Management.\nExperience in creating and maintaining SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation.\nUnderstanding of ITIL / ITSM processes.\nExposure to ERP and IT operational processes.\nStrong stakeholder coordination and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in Data Center migration or transformation projects.\nKnowledge of Problem Management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).\nExperience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.\nUnderstanding of SLA management and operational reporting.\nExperience in knowledge management and process documentation.\nExperience\n3-8 years of relevant experience in Data Center Infrastructure, Server Administration, Storage, or Network Operations.\nNote: Candidates with hands-on expertise in Data Center Infrastructure, Servers, Storage, SAN, WAN Networking, Incident Management, Change Management, CMDB validation, SOP creation, and technical documentation will be preferred.\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
