(onshore/offshore).\nPlan and facilitate Agile ceremonies:\no Sprint planning\no Daily stand-ups\no Backlog refinement\no Sprint reviews\no Retrospectives\nTrack and manage sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity, committed vs delivered scope).\nIdentify and remove impediments, coordinating with Program Lead, architects, and other teams as needed.\nExperince:\n8+ years eliciting and documenting data, reporting, and reconciliation requirements across Policy, Claims, Billing, Finance, and agency operations.\nHands-on experience producing source-to-target mappings, business rules, report logic, KPI definitions, and data dictionaries for enterprise data platforms.\nAbility to translate Guidewire CDA feeds and legacy AS400/DB2 structures into business-friendly canonical requirements for Silver layer design.\nExperience supporting data profiling, issue triage, UAT, report validation, and traceability from requirement through test evidence and sign-off.\nStrong stakeholder facilitation skills with business SMEs, product owners, actuaries, claims, underwriting, and regulatory/reporting
