The ideal candidate is a business-oriented problem solver who understands technology, communicates effectively with stakeholders, and can translate business needs into practical, user-friendly SharePoint solutions. This position emphasizes business requirements analysis, customer engagement, process improvement, and solution delivery over hands-on software development. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between government stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to ensure SharePoint solutions meet operational needs and deliver measurable business value.\nJob Duties:\nBusiness Analysis & Requirements Management\nEngage directly with government stakeholders and end users to understand business processes, challenges, and operational requirements.\nFacilitate requirements-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and solution demonstrations.\nAnalyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through SharePoint and Microsoft 365 capabilities.\nTranslate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution specifications.\nDevelop process flows, use cases, workflow diagrams, and supporting documentation.\nPrioritize requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.\nSharePoint Solution Design & Delivery\nCollaborate with SharePoint developers, administrators, and solution architects to design and implement solutions that address customer requirements.\nRecommend practical approaches using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Lists, document libraries, workflows, and other Microsoft 365 capabilities.\nSupport the configuration and improvement of SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions, metadata, and business workflows.\nEvaluate proposed solutions for usability, maintainability, and alignment with business objectives.\nParticipate in solution reviews, testing, and implementation activities.\nHelp identify opportunities to simplify business processes using out-of-the-box SharePoint functionality and low-code tools.\nCustomer Engagement & User Experience\nServe as a trusted point of contact for customer stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.\nBuild strong relationships with business users, understand their priorities, and proactively address concerns.\nCommunicate technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language.\nFacilitate solution walkthroughs, user acceptance testing (UAT), and feedback sessions.\nDevelop user guides, training align with applicable federal security, accessibility, and information management requirements.\nBasic Qualifications:\nMinimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, application engineering, or business solution implementation. \nMinimum 3 years of experience designing and implementing Microsoft SharePoint-based solutions.\nAbility to obtain/maintain a Public Trust Clearance\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.\nDemonstrated experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, functional analysis, or application delivery.\nExperience working with Microsoft SharePoint Online or SharePoint-based business applications.\nAbility to translate business requirements into functional specifications and actionable technical requirements.\nExperience facilitating customer meetings, requirements workshops, and stakeholder discussions.\nStrong understanding of business process analysis, workflow documentation, and process improvement.\nFamiliarity with SharePoint sites, lists, document libraries, permissions, and content management capabilities.\nExperience supporting user acceptance testing, functional validation, and end-user training.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and nontechnical audiences.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively with developers, architects, project managers, and government stakeholders.\nExperience supporting federal government customers or federal IT modernization initiatives.\nExperience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Lists, and other Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.\nExperience developing SharePoint-based workflows, forms, dashboards, or business process automation solutions.\nKnowledge of Agile delivery practices, including user stories, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.\nFamiliarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar requirements and task management platforms.\nExperience with business process modeling and documentation tools such as Visio.\nFamiliarity with Section 508 accessibility requirements and federal information security practices.\nMicrosoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Power Platform.\nNTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $106,480 - $159,720. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered in temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation.
