If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\nWe are currently seeking a Sr. Software Developer (.NET / Cloud / Microservices / FTE) to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).\nJob Duties and Responsibilities:\nDay-to-Day Job Duties\nDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and REST APIs.\nBuild scalable microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications using AWS and Azure.\nDevelop secure APIs and integrations using REST, SOAP, gRPC, JSON, XML, and OAuth2.\nImplement event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing using SQS, SNS, EventBridge, Azure Service Bus, and related technologies.\nDesign and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, queries, and data access using Entity Framework Core and LINQ.\nImplement application resiliency, performance optimization, monitoring, logging, and production troubleshooting.\nSupport CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.\nWrite unit and integration tests, conduct code reviews, and follow engineering best practices.\nCollaborate with architects, Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.\nProvide technical leadership, mentor developers, and take ownership of solutions throughout the SDLC.\nBasic Qualifications\nMinimum 15+ years of software development experience in enterprise applications.\nMinimum 10+ years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.\nMinimum 7+ years of experience developing REST APIs, backend services, and integrations.\nMinimum 5+ years of experience with microservices, distributed systems, and AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.\nMinimum 5+ years of experience with SQL Server, database development, and performance optimization.\nMinimum 3+ years of experience with event-driven architecture, messaging, CI/CD, and automated testing.\nStrong knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, dependency injection, and secure API development.\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes/AKS, production support, monitoring, and troubleshooting.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, technical leadership, and mentoring skills.\nProven experience delivering solutions across the complete SDLC.\nTravel: N/A\nDegree\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nNice to Have\nExperience in Financial Services, Healthcare, IoT, or Industrial Automation.\nExperience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, DynamoDB, and Azure Service Bus.\nExperience with MongoDB, Oracle, Redis, gRPC, MQTT, and CQRS.\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, TeamCity, and Octopus Deploy.\nKnowledge of Python, Node.js, PowerShell, ELK Stack, and Kibana.\nExperience with high-volume transaction processing, cloud migration, and legacy modernization.\n#LI-NorthAmerica\nNTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $102,675.00 - $171,125.00.
