If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\nWe are currently seeking a SRE Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).\nResponsible for support functions and driving the execution of multiple Application/Platform support services including incident triage, root cause analysis, change evaluation-execution-validation, deployment management, BCP and risk & vulnerability management, patching, monitoring.\nProvides on-call production support of Mission Critical applications and resolve issues within RTO.\nLeverage diagnostic tools to maintain, troubleshoot and restore service or data to systems \nBring in engineering, operational management in various domains like AI & Cloud \nChampion continuous improvement to drive stability and operational excellence\nWork with SRE mindset. Building Automated solutions for daily redundant production support activities.\nAbility to understand and escalate issues efficiently and appropriately. Identify system bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvements\nCommunicate, co-ordinate and collaborate with multiple support teams and stakeholders\nRequired Qualifications:\nMust have 12+ Years of Production Support experience\nProven experience implementing SRE processes in support teams\nExperience supporting applications using Python stack\nKnowledge and understanding of technology infrastructure: data center, network, storage, and compute domains.\nHands on experience on GCP with certification\nhands-on experience in configuring, managing, and optimizing GPU-based infrastructure and environments for AI/ML workloads.\nProven expertise in diagnosing and resolving capacity, performance, and scalability issues associated with AI and machine learning workloads.\nStrong experience troubleshooting, supporting, and resolving production issues in Generative AI (GenAI) applications and services.\nKnowledge/experience of Python/Shell scripting.\nKnowledge/ experience supporting Data Science/AI/ML platforms\nStrong user/admin experience with Linux/Unix command line.\nExposure supporting with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, elastic search etc\nStrong experience with monitoring systems such as Splunk, App Dynamics.\nCandidate should have experience in serving as a liaison between technology infrastructure operations and business projects.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nExceptional problem solving and analytical skills.\nWilling to work in shifts (24x7 models) \nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
