You will manage project teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and deliver high-impact solutions using advanced analytics and modeling tools. This role blends leadership, technical expertise, and client engagement, offering opportunities to shape supply chain strategies and drive transformation.\nResponsibilities\nProject Leadership & Delivery\nLead end-to-end supply chain design and optimization projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.\nDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.\nManage project plans, resources, risks, and budgets across multiple geographies.\nClient Engagement & Consulting\nServe as the primary point of contact for client leadership, building trusted relationships.\nFacilitate workshops, present findings, and guide clients through solution adoption.\nTranslate complex analytical insights into actionable business recommendations.\nTechnical Oversight\nOversee data ETL, model development, scenario analysis, and visualization efforts.\nGuide consultants in using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, KNIME, SQL, Alteryx, and supply chain modeling platforms such as Optilogic and LLamasoft.\nEnsure analytical rigor and quality across all deliverables.\nTeam Development\nMentor and coach junior consultants and analysts, fostering skill development and career growth.\nPromote collaboration and knowledge sharing across project teams.\nPractice Development\nContribute to methodology enhancements, tool development, and thought leadership, including blogs and whitepapers.\nSupport business development through proposal creation and client presentations.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.\n5-7 years of experience in supply chain consulting, with a focus on network design, inventory optimization, and digital twin modeling.\nProven experience managing client-facing projects and leading cross-functional teams.\nProficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, Alteryx, and KNIME.\nExperience with supply chain modeling platforms such as Optilogic, LLamasoft, ToolsGroup, River Logic, or similar.\nStrong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to translate complex supply chain analytics into clear business recommendations.\nStrong commercial mindset with an ability to identify and support new consulting opportunities.\nWillingness to work with global clients and collaborate across geographically distributed teams.\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
