In this role, you will contribute to system definition, requirements management, architecture development, technical coordination, and product integration throughout the development lifecycle, from concept to production. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams and customers to ensure that technical requirements, system performance, safety, quality, and project objectives are successfully achieved.\nWhat you'll be doing\nLead and support end-to-end system engineering activities across automotive development programs\n\nDefine, analyze, document, and manage system and customer requirements using requirements management tools\n\nEnsure requirements traceability, consistency, completeness, and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle\n\nDevelop and maintain system architecture, interfaces, and functional concepts\n\nPerform and support system safety, reliability, and risk analysis activities, including DFMEA and FTA\n\nCoordinate closely with hardware, software, mechanical, validation, and other engineering disciplines to ensure successful system integration\n\nAct as a technical interface for customers and internal stakeholders, supporting technical reviews, requirement clarifications, and issue resolution\n\nManage development documentation, work items, configuration, and traceability using engineering lifecycle management tools\n\nSupport Functional Safety and Cybersecurity-related engineering activities in accordance with applicable automotive standards\n\nParticipate in design reviews, technical assessments, audits, and risk management activities\n\nSupport problem-solving and root cause analysis for system-level issues\n\nContribute to continuous improvement of system engineering processes, methods, and development practices\n\nWhat you'll bring along\nDegree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field\n\nExperience in system engineering within automotive or another complex product development environment\n\nStrong knowledge of requirements management, traceability, and system development processes\n\nHands-on experience with system risk and reliability analysis methods such as DFMEA and FTA\n\nExperience working with cross-functional engineering teams\n\nAbility to interact with customers and stakeholders in a technical environment\n\nExperience with requirements and lifecycle management tools\n\nGood understanding of automotive development processes and product lifecycle activities\n\nBasic understanding of Functional Safety and Cybersecurity principles and applicable automotive standards\n\nStrong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills\n\nGood command of English, both written and spoken\n\nExperience in automotive electrification, power electronics, energy management, embedded systems, or similar technical domains is nice to have\n\nKnowledge of ISO 26262, Automotive SPICE, and automotive cybersecurity standards is nice to have\n\nFamiliarity with system integration, verification, and validation activities is nice to have\n\nDocument\n\nWhat’s in it for you\nNew beginnings can be a challenge.
