If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\nWe are currently seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).\nTechnical Support:\nProvide L1, L2 and L3 support for software applications.\nTroubleshoot and resolve application-related issues for end-users.\nCollaborate with developers, IT teams, and external vendors to address issues and implement fixes.Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or specialized teams.\nMonitoring and Maintenance:\nMonitor scheduled Jobs and ensure their successful completion.\nPerform routine maintenance tasks, including system updates, backups, and configuration changes.\nAssist with system upgrades, patches, and migrations to ensure continuity of service.Incident Management:\nLog, track, and manage incidents and service requests via ticketing systems.\nFollow established procedures for incident escalation and resolution.\nParticipate in root cause analysis and problem management efforts.Documentation and Reporting:\nMaintain and update application documentation, including configuration settings and user guides.\nCreate and present reports on system performance, issues, and resolution times.\nDocument changes, fixes, and enhancements in a knowledge base for future reference.Collaboration:\nWork with cross-functional teams (IT, development, business users) to gather requirements and improve applications.\nParticipate in system testing and quality assurance activities.\nAssist in the development and implementation of new application modules or features.Key Skills and Qualifications:\nTechnical Skills:\n3+ Years of experience in Informatica B2B (DX, DT)\n3+ Years of experience in Informatica Power Center and IICS\n3+ Years of experience with databases (MS-SQL server),\nExperience with application monitoring tools.\nExperience in Informatica Cloud Data Governance Catalog is preferred\nAnalytical Skills: Ability to diagnose and solve complex technical problems.\nCommunication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.\nCustomer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer service under pressure and manage competing priorities.\nKnowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management).\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
