As a Product Owner, this person will be responsible for analyzing the Front-To-Back (F2B) business and functional requirements and data analysis; includes writing business requirement documents, functional specifications, data analysis, tracking issues, controlling change requests, and coordinating UAT including writing of test packs.\nThe position requires a person who understands the Operational and non-Financial Risk in investment banking domain, functional analysis, and programming is a plus, ability to think critically, analyze workflows and data, draw conclusions, suggest solutions to mitigate operational and non financial risk, improve efficiency and recommend automated solutions.\nThis role also acts as the contact for the business divisions and technology solution providers for all aspects of solution identification.\nTasks Responsibilities:\nLead projects (Front-to-Back)\nManage multiple projects simultaneously in Non-Financial Risk space.\nUnderstand the business flows, translating user requirements, and writing Business Requirements documents, Creating User Stories.\nWell Versed with waterfall and Agile Methodology, tools (Jama, Jira) \nWriting of functional specification documents\nChallenge the requirements where needed, explain these requirements to the functional analysts, QA and Dev. teams\nCollaborate closely with functional analysts and application owners as the business/functional counterpart in solution identification and estimations\nSupport creation of business case(s) outlining cost impacts and value drivers of proposed solutions.\nManage user acceptance testing and test case development/coordination with the business.\nEnsure that end users & support teams are correctly trained to use solutions being delivered by the project.\nSupport Application Services teams in functional test case generation and test result validation.\nDocument business and process flows \nSupport implementation team and solve post go-live issues\nCreating presentations for senior management forums\nCoordinate and manage F2B UAT\nGathering and interpreting market intelligence through interaction with internal stakeholders and participating in industry forums.\nInteracting with the Central Risk Control Teams, Internal/External Auditors to understand the Business requirements. \nClosely work with Dev team and understand the non-Functional requirements for NFRM applications/products.\nPrimary Working Relationships\nProject and Programme Managers\nBusiness Subject Matter Experts.\nBusiness Stakeholders and Auditors (internal/External) \nAll levels of Global Technology\nExperience | Knowledge\nSubject matter expertise in Non-Financial risk Management (information Risk and Resilience Management - IRRM and Operational Risk Management-ORM) Control Framework.\nExperience in conceptualization and solution definition\nPrior experience with Systems Development Life Cycle and Agile.\nExcellent communication skills\nAttention to detail, ability to work with deadlines\nAssertive with the ability to interact with various control and operational\nGood documentation skills including process modelling\nStrong problem solving and analysis skills\nProactive, delivery orientated approach\nKnowledge on Investment Banking Risk control Frameworks and Matrix.\nEnthusiastic ‘can do’ approach to all responsibilities\nAbility to take direction as needed as well as being able to work independently\nExcellent PC skills to include proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
