This role will lead a team of 3 members, drive process improvements, support financial analysis, and collaborate closely with internal and external auditors to ensure effective governance and operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nFinancial Management & Control\nOversee daily finance and accounting operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.\nMonitor financial controls, actual performance, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.\nPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.\nConduct financial analysis and provide management reports to support business decision-making.\nEnsure accounting records are maintained in accordance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.\nProcess Improvement & Compliance\nDevelop, implement, and continuously improve finance and accounting workflows and processes.\nEnsure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.\nCoordinate and work closely with internal and external auditors during audits and reviews.\nSupport risk management initiatives and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.\nTeam Leadership\nLead, mentor, and manage a team of 3 finance and accounting professionals.\nMonitor team performance and ensure timely completion of deliverables.\nFoster collaboration and maintain effective communication across departments.\nSystems & Reporting\nUtilize ERP and accounting software to manage financial operations and reporting.\nEnsure data integrity and system effectiveness to support business requirements.\nParticipate in system enhancements and process automation initiatives where applicable.\nQualifications & Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.\nMinimum 4-5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, including experience in a Senior\nAccountant or Supervisor level position.\nStrong knowledge of financial reporting, financial controls, accounting standards, and\ncompliance requirements.\nHands-on experience with ERP systems and accounting software.\nProven experience in financial analysis and management reporting.\nPrior experience leading or supervising a team is required.\nStrong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across\nfunctions.\nExperience within an IT company, technology business, or professional services environment\nis a plus.\nGood command of spoken and written English.\nWorkplace type:\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
