The role requires close collaboration with BI developers, Data Engineers, infrastructure, security, and business teams to provide a stable and well-governed analytics platform.\nDay to Day Job Duties\nAdminister and manage enterprise Qlik Cloud tenants and associated platform services.\nManage users, groups, roles, permissions, spaces, and access controls within Qlik Cloud.\nConfigure and maintain Qlik Cloud tenant settings, security policies, and governance standards.\nManage Shared, Managed, and Personal Spaces and associated access permissions.\nMonitor platform health, utilization, application activity, and operational performance.\nManage application publishing, reload schedules, tasks, and data refresh processes.\nTroubleshoot Qlik Cloud application, reload, connectivity, authentication, and access-related issues.\nConfigure and maintain connections between Qlik Cloud and enterprise data sources.\nSupport identity and authentication integrations, including SSO and enterprise identity providers.\nMonitor licenses, user allocations, capacity, and platform consumption.\nSupport Qlik application deployments and promotion across development, testing, and production environments.\nCollaborate with Qlik Developers and Data Engineering teams to troubleshoot data connectivity and platform issues.\nMaintain platform documentation, operational procedures, runbooks, and knowledge articles.\nSupport platform upgrades, changes, security reviews, audits, and compliance activities.\nDrive automation and continuous improvement of Qlik Cloud administration and operational processes.\nBasic Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Qlik platform administration, or enterprise analytics environments.\n4+ years of hands-on experience with Qlik Sense/Qlik platform administration and support.\n2+ years of hands-on experience with Qlik Cloud Tenant Administration, security, user/access management, and platform operations.\n3+ years of experience with Qlik application deployments, data connections, reload management, monitoring, and production support.\nCore Technical Skills\nPlatform: Qlik Cloud, Qlik Sense\nAdministration: Tenant Administration, User & Role Management, Space Management\nSecurity: Access Control, SSO, Identity Management, Permissions\nOperations: Monitoring, Reload Management, Scheduling, Troubleshooting\nGovernance: Platform Governance, Audit, Security & Compliance\nData Connectivity: SQL Databases, Cloud/Data Platform Connections\nDevelopment Support: Application Publishing, Deployment & Environment Management\nAutomation: Qlik APIs/Scripting and administrative automation\nSupport: Incident Management, RCA, Problem & Change Management\nNice to Have\nExperience migrating Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows to Qlik Cloud.\nExperience with Qlik Application Automation.\nKnowledge of Qlik Cloud APIs and administrative automation.\nExperience with Section Access and enterprise security models.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), SAML, OAuth, or other identity technologies.\nKnowledge of Qlik data gateways and hybrid/cloud data connectivity.\nExperience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or other modern data platforms.\nWorking knowledge of SQL and relational databases.\nExperience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM tools.\nExperience supporting enterprise production environments and handling critical incidents.\nUnderstanding of ITIL, change management, and release management processes.\nQlik certification is preferred.\nStrong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
