# Technical Delivery Manager (Observability)

The team you'll be working with: You will lead an enterprise observability service across two phases. Initially you will run the current Dynatrace platform's maintenance and enhancements backlog with an offshore pod, while shaping the roadmap for a new strategic platform as a trusted advisor. From April 2027 you will deliver that platform's implementation and the estate migration, then transition it into run. This is not a generalist PM role. You are not expected to be hands-on, but you do need to have lived the technology: enough monitoring or SRE background to know what makes migrations slip and alert quality decay, to run a credible backlog, and to earn the trust of the client's technical stakeholders.
