The ideal candidate will have experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications while ensuring successful project delivery. This role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to partner effectively with business leaders, technology teams, and client stakeholders.\n________________________________________\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of technology projects and initiatives.\nPartner with business stakeholders, technology leaders, architects, and subject matter experts to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, and resource forecasts.\nEstablish and manage project governance, reporting, and communication processes.\nIdentify, assess, monitor, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and obstacles.\nFacilitate project meetings, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communications.\nTrack project progress against milestones and ensure timely escalation of issues impacting delivery.\nCoordinate project resources across cross-functional teams to support successful execution.\nSupport change management, communications, quality assurance, and project acceptance activities.\nEnsure compliance with established project management methodologies, SDLC processes, and organizational standards.\nManage project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance reporting.\nPrepare and present project status updates, key metrics, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.\nContribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery practices.\n________________________________________\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.\n3+ years of experience managing technology projects in a corporate, consulting, or client-facing environment.\n3+ years of experience creating and managing project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.\n3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams through project execution and delivery.\nExperience utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.\nExperience facilitating meetings and presenting project status updates to business and technology stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to identify, manage, and escalate project risks and issues.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.\nExperience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.\nMust be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.\nMust be able to work onsite at the client location 3 days per week in Charlotte, NC, New York City, NY, or Northern New Jersey.\n________________________________________\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing or coordinating projects involving Starburst (Trino), enterprise data platforms, data integration, data warehousing, or analytics initiatives.\nPrior technology consulting or business consulting experience.\nExperience managing projects within banking, financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries.\nExperience leading large-scale application, infrastructure, cloud, or digital transformation initiatives.\nExperience working within matrixed or multi-vendor environments.\nKnowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and technology delivery practices.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Project.\nProject Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or similar certification.\nNTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role if in Charlotte, NC $105,000-$130,000 and if in New York City, NY it is$125,000-$156,000 and if in New Jersey then 1$114,000-$143,000.
