This role requires a strong technical understanding of composable architecture and the ability to lead distributed engineering, QA, content, business, and client teams.\nThe primary technology Retrospectives.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams consisting of developers, architects, QA engineers, UX teams, content authors, business analysts, and client stakeholders.\nIdentify and resolve cross-team dependencies and delivery blockers.\nEstablish delivery processes that promote predictable execution, quality, and continuous improvement.\nManage release planning across development, QA, UAT, staging, and production environments.\nScope, Budget & Risk Management\nManage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and delivery commitments.\nEstablish and enforce formal change control measured through delivery predictability, financial management, quality, and client satisfaction, including:\nOn-Time Delivery: Target of 90%+ for committed milestones and sprint objectives.\nBudget Management: Maintain project spend within approximately ±5% of approved budgets.\nQuality: Maintain low production defect leakage and ensure effective QA/UAT processes.\nClient Satisfaction: Maintain commitments.\nRequired Qualifications\n10+ years of overall IT project/program management experience.\n8+ years managing complex digital, eCommerce, web application, or composable architecture projects.\nDemonstrated experience delivering Headless/Composable eCommerce solutions.\nHands-on project delivery experience with CommerceLayer, Contentful, Next.js, and Vercel, or closely comparable technologies.\nStrong understanding of eCommerce architecture, APIs, integrations, CMS platforms, and modern web development.\nStrong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience with Kanban,
