The ideal candidate should be capable of leading Salesforce development teams, driving technical decisions, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring successful delivery across the complete development lifecycle.\nThe candidate should possess hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, OmniStudio, integrations, deployment processes, and Salesforce security frameworks. Job Duties\nLead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, OmniStudio, and Salesforce configuration.\nTranslate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs and implementation approaches.\nProvide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to Salesforce development teams.\nReview technical designs, code, configurations, and integrations to ensure quality, scalability, security, and maintainability.\nDefine and enforce Salesforce development standards, coding guidelines, reusable frameworks, and engineering best practices.\nDesign and develop reusable Lightning Web Components, Apex frameworks, integration components, and automation solutions.\nDesign and configure OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.\nLead integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, middleware, and event-driven architectures.\nCollaborate with Salesforce Architects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.\nEnsure adherence to Salesforce governor limits, security requirements, platform constraints, and performance best practices.\nGuide teams on the appropriate use of declarative versus programmatic solutions.\nOversee Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, validation rules, Flows, record types, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.\nConduct code reviews and provide technical feedback to development teams.\nLead technical estimations, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery planning activities.\nSupport troubleshooting and resolution of complex application, integration, data, and performance issues.\nCoordinate SIT, UAT, deployment, release validation, hypercare, and production support activities.\nCollaborate with DevOps teams on source control, CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and deployment strategies.\nIdentify technical risks, dependencies, and design challenges and drive mitigation plans.\nCommunicate solution approaches, technical recommendations, and implementation considerations to both technical and business stakeholders.\nBasic Qualifications\n 7-10+ years of overall Salesforce experience.\nStrong hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform Development and Technical Design.\nExpertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, and Salesforce automation.\nHands-on experience with OmniStudio including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce Architecture, Data Model, Security Framework, and Governor Limits.\nExperience designing and
