The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, testing, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flows, OmniStudio, and Salesforce configuration.\n\nDevelop reusable and scalable Lightning Web Components and custom Salesforce functionality.\n\nDesign and configure OmniStudio solutions, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.\n\nBuild and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, and asynchronous processing.\n\nConfigure Salesforce capabilities including objects, fields, validation rules, record types, page layouts, permissions, sharing rules, and Flows.\n\nBuild guided digital experiences and industry-specific processes using OmniStudio.\n\nDesign and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Web Services, OmniStudio Integration Procedures, and middleware/integration platforms.\n\nWork with Salesforce security concepts including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing, and field-level security.\n\nPerform data analysis and manipulation using SOQL, SOSL, Data Loader, OmniStudio DataRaptors, and other Salesforce data tools.\n\nParticipate in requirement analysis, technical design, estimation, development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.\n\nTroubleshoot application, integration, data, OmniStudio, and performance-related issues.\n\nFollow Salesforce development standards and ensure adherence to governor limits, security, performance, and maintainability best practices.\n\nSupport CI/CD and release management processes across Salesforce environments.\n\nCollaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, product owners, and other developers in an Agile delivery environment.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\nStrong hands-on experience with the Salesforce Platform and ecosystem.\n\nStrong development experience with:\nApex\n\nLightning Web Components (LWC)\n\nSOQL / SOSL\n\nSalesforce Flows\n\nTriggers and asynchronous Apex\n\nSalesforce OmniStudio\n\nHands-on experience with OmniStudio components, including:\nOmniScripts\n\nDataRaptors\n\nIntegration Procedures\n\nFlexCards\n\nGood understanding of Salesforce configuration and declarative capabilities.\n\nExperience developing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs and integrating Salesforce with external systems.\n\nGood understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, sharing framework, and governor limits.\n\nExperience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Salesforce Industries solutions.\n\nExperience with Salesforce deployment and source-control tools such as Salesforce CLI, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Copado, Gearset, or equivalent.\n\nGood understanding of software engineering practices including coding standards, unit testing, code reviews, and version control.\n\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.\n\nGood to Have\nExperience with Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, Salesforce Industries, or other Salesforce Clouds.\n\nExperience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or other enterprise integration technologies.\n\nKnowledge of Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Named Credentials, and OAuth-based integrations.\n\nExperience with Salesforce DevOps and automated deployment processes.\n\nExperience designing reusable OmniStudio components and optimizing DataRaptors and Integration Procedures.\n\nSalesforce certifications such as:\nPlatform Developer I\n\nPlatform Developer II\n\nSalesforce Administrator\n\nJavaScript Developer I\n\nSalesforce Industries OmniStudio Developer\n\nExperience\nTypically 3-7+ years of Salesforce development experience, including hands-on experience with OmniStudio, depending on the seniority of the position.\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline/experience.\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
