They perform configurations, action installations and attend to break/fix events.What you'll be doing\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:\nOwn larger portions of an installation, break/fix incidents at a low to medium level of complexity.\nTake responsibility for problem resolution and troubleshooting.\nRespond to escalated client requests and support client applications to a first line resolution.\nEscalate complex problems to the relevant third parties.\nAssist with the documentation of standard operating procedures relating to installations and fixes.\nCompile and maintain project administration.\nConduct elementary presentations within the customer's organisation.\nMay be required to perform periodic telephonic duty on the technical service desk, providing second line telephonic support to customers.\nExpected to take ownership of relevant technologies according to domain or specialization.\nKnowledge, Skills and Attributes:\nBasic understanding and appreciation of technical design and business principles\ndemonstrates fundamental project management and administration ability\nDisplay customer engagement skills\nDemonstrate relevant domain specialist knowledge\nGood verbal communication skills\nClient focused and display a proactive approach to solving problems\nAbility to work under pressure\nAcademic Qualifications and Certifications:\nComputer Science / Information Technology Degree or equivalent together with specialised training in new technologies and legacy systems or equivalent\nRequired Experience:\nModerate level of years experience in a technical implementation engineering or similar role\nDemonstrated experience engaging with clients and conducting presentations\nDemonstrated project administration and documentation experience\nWorkplace type:\nOn-site WorkingAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
