If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\nWe are currently seeking a TTA Delivery Manager to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).\nTTA Delivery Manager - Job Description:\nRole Overview:\nThe TTA Delivery Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA) / Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions, managing project teams, client stakeholders, delivery governance, solution quality, timelines, and commercial outcomes.\nThe role requires a combination of TTA technical knowledge, IDP/BPM understanding, project management, banking domain expertise, and client-facing consulting skills.\nTypical Experience:\n15+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in TTA/IDP/BPM-related delivery, preferably with experience managing large enterprise or banking transformation programs.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. Delivery Management\nOwn end-to-end delivery of TTA/IDP projects from initiation through production deployment.\nManage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery quality.\nEstablish delivery plans, milestones, governance structure and KPIs.\nManage multiple workstreams and geographically distributed teams.\nEnsure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Scrum and organizational delivery standards.\n2. TTA / IDP Solution Delivery\nProvide delivery leadership for Tungsten TotalAgility implementations.\nOversee document capture, classification, extraction, validation and workflow processes.\nUnderstand TTA components including:\nCapture & Document Processing\nClassification\nExtraction\nTransformation\nValidation\nWorkflow/BPM\nBusiness Rules\nIntegration/API\nAnalytics and Reporting\nEnsure integration with core banking, LOS, CRM, ECM, BPM and downstream systems.\n3. Client & Stakeholder Management\nAct as the primary delivery contact for business and technology stakeholders.\nConduct steering committee meetings and executive status reviews.\nTranslate business requirements into technology/delivery initiatives.\nManage expectations, escalations and critical delivery issues.\nSupport client workshops, solution discussions and roadmap planning.\n4. Banking / Financial Services\nExperience in banking processes such as:\nLoan origination\nKYC/AML\nAccount opening\nMortgage\nTrade finance / Payments\nCredit processing\nCustomer onboarding\nDocument verification\nBack-office operations\nExperience with Finacle, LOS, CRM, BPM, ECM or API-based banking platforms is an advantage.\n5.
