This professional will translate business and user needs into clear, actionable requirements while collaborating with business stakeholders, Product Owners, designers, developers, architects, and quality assurance teams. \nThe role is focused on requirements definition, process improvement, Agile delivery, and solution validation. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis fundamentals with a practical understanding of technology and digital products. \nResponsibilities:\nGather, analyze, validate, and document business and technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. \nIncorporate user research, feedback, pain points, and user experience principles into requirements and product recommendations. \nAnalyze workflows and identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and improved efficiency. \nParticipate in sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives, supporting backlog readiness and prioritization. \nUse research, analytics, and stakeholder feedback to recommend improvements and support prioritization. \nIdentify and communicate risks, dependencies, constraints, and impacts, and recommend mitigation measures. \nDefine acceptance criteria, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate that delivered solutions meet agreed requirements. \nUse approved AI tools responsibly to support requirements, process mapping, user stories, and acceptance criteria while validating outputs and maintaining appropriate human oversight. \nCollaborate effectively across business, product, UX, and technology teams. \nRequired Experience:\n3-5 years of relevant Business Analysis experience in digital product, technology, or transformation environments. \nDemonstrated experience with requirements elicitation and analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, process mapping, Agile delivery, and UAT. \nExperience working with multidisciplinary business, product, UX, and technology teams. \nKnowledge of business analysis, process improvement, Agile/Scrum, and user-centered practices. \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and stakeholder communication skills. \nAbility to translate business needs into clear, complete, and actionable requirements. \nProfessional proficiency in English and Spanish. \nNice-to-Have:\nExperience using Jira, Miro, and LeanIX. \nExperience applying AI-enabled tools to business analysis activities while considering value, privacy, security, and human oversight. \nExperience supporting digital product or service delivery in complex stakeholder environments. \nTools & Technologies:\nJira\nMiro \nLeanIX \nAgile/Scrum collaboration and backlog management tools \nApproved AI-enabled productivity tools \nEducation & Certifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.\nRequired Equipment: This role requires the use of a personal laptop.
