The role involves user research, experience design, prototyping, usability testing, and close collaboration with product, business, and technology teams to deliver engaging, accessible, and effective solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability studies to understand user needs and behaviors.\nTranslate business and user requirements into intuitive user experiences and interaction designs.\nCreate user personas, journey maps, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.\nDesign responsive and accessible experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms.\nDevelop high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.\nConduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into continuous design improvements.\nCollaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, UI Designers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.\nIdentify usability challenges and recommend solutions to improve user experience and engagement.\nMaintain and contribute to design systems, UX standards, reusable components, and design patterns.\nEnsure designs align with branding, accessibility, and usability guidelines.\nSupport development teams during implementation and validate design quality.\nAnalyze user feedback and product usage data to drive continuous UX improvements.\nProvide UX consulting and design recommendations to stakeholders on user-centered design best practices.\nQualifications\nStrong experience in UX/UI Design and user-centered design methodologies.\nHands-on experience with Figma and other prototyping tools.\nStrong understanding of user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.\nExperience designing responsive web and mobile applications.\nGood understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.\nStrong knowledge of UX design patterns, design systems, and interaction design.\nAbility to translate complex business requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.\nStrong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience designing enterprise applications or complex B2B products.\nKnowledge of Design Thinking and Service Design methodologies.\nExperience with accessibility standards such as WCAG.\nBasic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.\nExperience using analytics and user behavior data to improve product usability.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design projects.\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
