If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\nWe are currently seeking a Workday Consultant to join our team in Livonia, Michigan (US-MI), United States (US).\nDay to Day Responsibilities\nLead functional design, configuration, and support of Workday Recruiting / Talent Acquisition capabilities.\nConfigure and maintain: Job requisitions and requisition templates, Recruiting business processes, Candidate stages and disposition processes, Interview and assessment processes, Offer management, Evergreen requisitions, Candidate questionnaires, Referral programs, Internal and external career sites, Recruiting notifications and approvals, Recruiting security and role assignments\nTranslate business and Talent Acquisition requirements into scalable Workday solutions.\nConfigure and optimize end-to-end candidate lifecycle processes from requisition creation through candidate hiring.\nDesign and maintain Workday Business Processes, including condition rules, validations, approvals, notifications, and routing.\nSupport integrations with external recruiting platforms, job boards, assessment providers, background verification vendors, career sites, and other third-party applications and Partner with Workday Integration teams on EIB, Core Connector, Web Services, REST/SOAP API, and other integration requirements.\nDevelop and support recruiting reports, dashboards, calculated fields, operational reports, and management analytics.\nSupport recruiting-related data migration, data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and mass data loads.\nAnalyze production issues and provide timely functional troubleshooting and root-cause resolution and manage enhancement requests, configuration changes, defects, and production incidents within agreed SLAs.\nPerform Workday release impact assessments and evaluate new Recruiting features and functionality.\nSupport adoption of automation, AI-enabled recruiting capabilities, skills-based hiring, candidate matching, and other Workday innovations where applicable.\nMaintain configuration documentation, functional design documents, test scripts, knowledge articles, and support procedures.\nSupport governance, audit, compliance, data privacy, and security requirements related to recruiting and candidate data.\nExperience configuring condition rules, approvals, validation rules, notifications, and routing.\nExperience with Workday organizations, job profiles, positions, supervisory organizations, staffing models, and worker lifecycle processes.\nGood understanding of Workday Security concepts associated with recruiting.\nExperience developing or supporting Workday custom reports and calculated fields.\nStrong understanding of testing methodologies including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.\nExperience troubleshooting production issues and supporting Workday AMS environments.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.\nExperience supporting integrations with platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, assessment vendors, background-check providers, and other talent acquisition systems.\nBasic Qualifications\n5+ years of overall HRIS / HCM technology experience \n3+ years of hands-on Workday Recruiting experience.\n3+ years of Integration experience with third-party HCM systems like LinkedIn, Indeed, assessment vendors, background-check providers, and other talent acquisition systems.\n3+ years of configuring and managing hire-to-retire processes\n3+ years of configuring and developing relevant Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, operational reports, and management analytics.\nNTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $68,076 - 118,188.
