If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\nWe are currently seeking a Z4_FS Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).\nWe are looking for a hands-on Java Tech Lead who can lead the technical design and development of modern, scalable applications while remaining deeply involved in coding and engineering activities.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong expertise across the Full-Stack, with Java/Spring Boot on the backend and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React or Angular on the frontend.\nThe candidate should also have practical experience using Generative AI and AI-assisted software engineering tools to improve developer productivity, software quality, automation, and engineering velocity.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Technical Leadership\nLead the technical design and development of complex enterprise applications.\nDefine application architecture, design patterns, coding standards, and engineering practices.\nMake pragmatic technology and architecture decisions balancing scalability, maintainability, security, performance, and time-to-market.\nConduct architecture/design reviews and provide technical direction to development teams.\nIdentify and resolve complex technical issues and production problems.\nMentor developers and establish strong engineering practices across the team.\n2. Hands-on Full-Stack Development\nDevelop and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.\nBuild RESTful APIs and microservices.\nDesign and implement frontend applications using React / Angular / TypeScript / JavaScript.\nWork across the complete application stack-from UI and APIs to databases, messaging, and cloud infrastructure.\nParticipate actively in coding, debugging, refactoring, and performance optimization.\nPerform detailed code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards.\nDesign and implement automated unit, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.\n3. Java & Backend Engineering\nStrong hands-on experience with:\nJava 11/17/21+\nSpring Boot\nSpring Framework / Spring Security\nREST APIs\nMicroservices architecture\nJPA / Hibernate\nSQL and relational databases\nNoSQL databases\nKafka or other event-driven/messaging technologies\nMultithreading and concurrency\nJVM performance tuning\nDistributed systems\nAPI security, authentication, and authorization\n4. Frontend Engineering\nHands-on experience with one or more modern frontend ecosystems:\nReact / Angular\nTypeScript\nJavaScript\nHTML5 / CSS3\nREST/API integration\nState management\nResponsive web application development\nFrontend testing frameworks\nThe candidate should be comfortable troubleshooting issues across the UI → API → service → database stack.\n5. AI-Based Software Engineering\nThe candidate should understand and demonstrate practical adoption of AI across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).\nExperience with tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Amazon Q Developer, or equivalent AI engineering tools is desirable.\nThe candidate should be able to demonstrate how AI can be integrated into engineering workflows rather than simply using AI as a coding assistant.\n6. Cloud & DevOps\nExperience with modern cloud-native engineering practices:\nAWS / Azure / GCP\nDocker\nKubernetes\nCI/CD\nGit\nJenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Azure DevOps\nInfrastructure as Code\nObservability and monitoring\nLogging and distributed tracing\nExperience deploying and operating microservices in a cloud environment is highly desirable.\n8.
