This is a client-facing, project delivery role. The role ownerwill possess a strong understanding across D365 moduleson BusinessCentral includingSales, Financial Mgt, Purchasing & Payables, Inventory and Warehouse Management with a complimentary industry knowledge of best practice enterprise resources planning activities.\nThis role will play theaccountable role in leading the team, building and improving capability, engaging with clients, and ensuring successful project delivery.The role is responsible for contributing to the end-to-end customer experience including network and prospecting, developing NTT Data’s reputation in the marketplacein this (ERP) area, developing the (deal) client value proposition and scoping, commercially viable ERP deals.\nIn this role you will drive our strategy todevelop beautifully architected, elegant solutions on the Microsoft BusinessCentral and AI platforms that deliver differentiatedexperiences for humans (and Agents. Together, oursolutionsaim toreduce technical debt and enable intelligent customer and employee decisions.\nThe ERP solution architectwill work alongsideother practice leads to assist in the design and implementationofhybrid onshore/offshore delivery models neededto support scalable, cost-effective project execution.The role is an essentially, high touch client facing role to compliment our extensive global delivery capabilities.\nRole Key Responsibilities:\nThere are 4 key reporting areas. These areSales, Service Delivery, Knowledge and People and Communications\nPreSales\nOwn ERP solution designfrom a practice perspective, being the primary point of contact for the solution development, value proposition, owner of the scoping\n\nCollaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and scope tailored D365 solutions.\n\nAct as a senior practice ambassador at industry events, Microsoft conferences, webinars, and thought leadership forums.\n\nContributestrongly to the commercial viability of solutions in terms of estimations, solutionstructuring, key messaging.\n\nLead, Develop and present solution architecture, demos, and proof-of-concepts.\n\nCo-designOffers includingthe Onshore/Offshore/Hybrid value proposition\n\nAct as a trusted advisor to clients during the Deliverycyclein terms of delivery quality\n\nService Delivery:\nDeliver against solution qualityoutcomes for ERP projects\n\nDeliver on projects with a target of 50% (tbd) personal utilisation on client engagements.\n\nDrive the development of AI ERP solutions / project delivery capability\n\nOverseefunctional and technical teams through implementation phasesmaintain utilisation targets\n\nConduct lead architectureQA governancesuch as\n\nEnsure architectural integrity, scalability, and performance of solutions.\n\nOversee data migration, integration, and customisation efforts.\n\nProvide governance and best practices across delivery engagements.\n\nConduct solution reviews and ensure alignment with Microsoft standards.\n\nProvide strategic guidance on digital transformation initiatives.\n\nProvide project oversight for Risk and issue escalation\n\nPeople & Communication\nAlign with the broader cultural principles of NTT Data\n\nLead and mentor Functional and Technical Dynamics ERPconsultants\n\nBuild intentionalrelationships with client stakeholders and internal teams(PM, Testing, BAs).\n\nContribute to the ERP related aspects of the Microsoft relationship\n\nKnowledge\nOwn and ensure application of a standard delivery methodology\n\nCreate new knowledge based on lessons learned, project experiences and new(ERP) market trends(Drive thought leadership (i.e. new offers) on AI-enabled ERP transformation, ensuring the practice remains in line with market trends. )\n\nDrive consistent delivery excellence through standardised methodology, IP reuse, accelerators, and AI-assisted implementation tools.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\nStrategic thinking and commercial mindset\n\n10+ years of experience in architecting and delivering D365 BusinessCentral (or F&O) solutions.\n\nProven track record in Pre-Sales engagements and client presentations.\n\nStrong expertise inrelevantD365 modulesand selected ISV solutions\n\nExperience with Power Platform (Power Pages, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).\n\nAppropriate Microsoft certifications in D365\n\nInnovation mindset-particularly with AI and digital transformation\n\nWorkplace type:\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
