Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.\nYour day at NTT DATA\nThe Senior Associate Billing Operations Analyst is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for supporting with analyzing the accuracy of data related to the billing process.\nThis role is responsible for auditing data sets extracted from the billing system and is accountable for optimizing, implementing and reporting on all billing activities.\nKey responsibilities:\nContributes to the implementation billing operations to maximize effectiveness and accuracy.\nContributes to the improvement to the billing operations processes and procedures and implements approved recommendations.\nReconciles financial information, files and records to ensure the availability and accuracy of the information.\nImplements written policies and procedures that govern billing operations.\nProactively supports the implementation of new billing systems and/or integration of changes to existing billing system.\nAssisting with preparing financial and statistical reports and validates billing transactions on the billing system.\nInvestigates and analyzes any collection matters raised by management.\nProactively processes new billing files and failed billing files.\nCoordinates with various internal groups and resolves all current issues and documents all billing system enhancement requests.\nProactively supports continuous process improvement projects related to billing controls, quality and efficiency, and automation opportunities.\nEnsures all operational reconciliation and audit control processes are complete, managing any errors through to resolution.\nPerforms any other relevant billing operations task as requested by management.\nKnowledge, Skills and Attributes:\nProcess orientated with an understanding of both financial and operational controls.\nAbility to manipulate large amounts of data and compile detailed reports.\nAnalytical skills, as well as planning and organization skills.\nUnderstanding of accounting principles and billing operations.\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.\nAbility to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to produce a high quality of work with meticulous attention to detail.\nAbility to establish rapport and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\nAbility to utilize key systems and tools related to billing operations.\nAcademic qualifications and certifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting or related\nRequired experience:\nModerate level of demonstrated experience as a Billing Systems Analyst, Billing Operations Practitioner or Specialist\nModerate level of demonstrated experience working with internal and external stakeholders\nModerate level of demonstrated experience auditing processes, financial information and systems\nModerate level of demonstrated experience working with the MS Office Suite, including MS Excel and MS Word\nModerate level of hands-on billing application knowledge and experience\nModerate level of demonstrated experience with tools such as SQL\nWorkplace type:\nHybrid WorkingAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
