Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.\nYour day at NTT DATA\nThe Skilled Facilities Administrator is responsible for managing more complex general maintenance and repairs within the organization.\nThis role ensures that all maintenance and repairs requests received within the organization are carried out in line with the service level agreement.\nThis role may act as an informal team leader as required by the Facilities Manager / Leader.\nKey responsibilities:\nChecks that all maintenance and repairs requests received within the office environment and related buildings are carried out in line with the service level agreement.\nProvides support with the distribution of and response to all service requests related to the facilities.\nChecks that daily building inspections and ensures that all work undertaken conforms to the Health and Safety Act.\nDocuments and reports on in progress, new and/or completed maintenance, and repair requests to management.\nCoordinates routine maintenance and repairs schedule.\nProvides support with ensuring that the tasks are completed according to the schedule and update and maintain the maintenance database.\nEnsures that buildings, offices and equipment are maintained to the required standards and that service levels are met.\nProvides support to ensure that all office facilities, tools, equipment, and stock (office consumable) levels are maintained and securely stored.\nLiaises with all internal and external stakeholders including building services management, security, and access control and cleaning staff.\nEscalates non-performance of internal and external stakeholders to the management.\nChecks all contractor documentation and maintain records such as permits, leases and correspondence on behalf of the business.\nPerforms any other relevant tasks as required by management.\nTo thrive in this role, you need to have:\nProactive and motivated and can work independently.\nGood knowledge of general hygiene practices.\nGood knowledge of facility layout.\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\nDetail orientated with good organizational skills.\nExcellent knowledge of safety practices.\nGood at time management.\nAbility to work well under pressure.\nAble to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.\nAbility to coordinate the work of others.\nAcademic qualifications and certifications:\nHigh school certificate.\nRelevant vocational training.\nRequired experience:\nSolid demonstrated experience gained in a similar role and preferably a related work environment.\nPrevious team leader experience preferred.\nWorkplace type:\nOn-site WorkingAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
