Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.\nYour day at NTT DATA\nThe Senior Resource Scheduling Coordinator has solid related experience and is responsible for supporting the efficient allocation and coordination of resources to ensure the timely delivery of IT services to clients.\nThis role is focused on improving resource utilization, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating communication among various teams.\nKey responsibilities:\nReceives and processes resource requests.\nProvides related coordination support as aligned to resource scheduling to the delivery teams.\nProvides resource scheduling coordination activities to the immediate team.\nProvides general project planning support.\nMaintains accurate resource schedules of resource assignments, availability, and scheduling changes.\nAssists Resource Schedulers in evaluating project and SLA requirements and related resource needs.\nMonitors schedules to identify scheduling conflicts and assist in resolving them promptly.\nHelps convey resource allocation decisions and schedule changes to relevant parties.\nAssists in tracking resource capacity and availability, including accounting for vacations, training, and non-project work.\nAssists with the coordination of the contractor resource process, from gaining approvals to engaging contractors into the business.\nPerforms any other related task as required.\nTo thrive in this role, you need to have:\nAbility to work with diverse personalities and demonstrates a high level of teamwork.\nProactive in approach and thorough attention to detail.\nExcellent verbal and written communication.\nService-oriented aptitude with good problem-solving ability.\nSolid expertise in project management coordination.\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.\nAcademic qualifications and certifications:\nDiploma or equivalent qualification.\nCompleted or working towards completing a project management certification.\nRequired experience:\nSolid resource scheduling and / or project coordination / administration experience gained within a technology services environment is preferable.\nSolid demonstrated planning, organizing and administrative support experience.\nWorkplace type:\nOn-site WorkingAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
